Passed by this food truck and looked up the reviews and immediately turned around and went back- best decision ever! The food truck itself is adorable and decorated with bright colors and the owners are super friendly! We ordered a steak quesadilla with a corn tortilla, 2 steak tacos, and a steak burrito- everything was fresh and tasted delicious. The burrito was my absolute favorite and was so good that I will be thinking about it until we get to eat there again!

I was just praying we would get a good taco truck. After. Well even before the storm, food had gotten to expensive to afford. I can get two tacos for 6.50$. They’re healthy too. Cilantro, onion, options avocados. Choice of meat. I’m a grilled chicken fan. Even the tortillas are homemade.
I have many food sensitivities and I’m not able to eat the western diet most was raised on. The food is not greasy and chicken cooked fresh.

The BEST burrito i’ve ever had! You cannot go wrong tasting a Gaby’s burrito! Large portion served at perfect temp with the tastiest green (verde?) sauce. Make sure to get two of them. Also, the truck is super tidy. Would highly recommend.
