I love a good blueberry bagel. They are so delicious here. If you get there early enough, they come out hot. Beware you will eat the entire bagel when hot, no cream cheese or butter. Haha. They offer more options as well with a grill and a self serve coffee bar. Cute, clean and nice place to eat in at one of the tables or takeout. Have been a few times. Staff is very patient (couldn’t make up my mind), courteous and attentive. Bagels, muffin (yum) and cookies (next time) homemade and fresh.

I have gone to ALL of the local bagel places around Bedminster and this place has the absolutely BEST, puffy, light and delicious bagels ever! I have never seen such a fat bagel in my life and every time I get 6, the lovely girl serving me pops an extra one in the bag. They are #1 in the Bedminster/Martinsville area!

Fantastic bagels and outstanding service! Moe was a pleasure to work with and made it easy to order four dozen bagels for an event I was hosting. Everything was fresh, delicious, and ready right on time. Several people commented that these were the best bagels they’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

New bagel place with really great bagels. My family will be coming here over the options in Basking Ridge/Bernardsville. I evaluate bagel shops on their mastery of four things:
1. Bagel consistency
2. Ratios of bagel to cream cheese or bagel to egg/meat options
3. Breakfast sandwiches as a whole
4. Service** newly added because service at other local places has deteriorated as of recently
I would say Gabe’s has all four of these down better than any other. Bagels are fresh, kitchen is clean (you can see right in! They have nothing to hide!), service is quick (they answer the phone) and most importantly their ratios of bagel-cream cheese / bagel-egg and meat are superb. Definitely give them a go if you’re in the area or if you’re sick of your $10 breakfast sandwich having little to no meat on it. Gabe’s— you’re doing things right! Glad to have you guys in the area.

Gabe’s Bagels wouldn’t be the same without Mo. He’s amazing with kids, great with customers, and always brings good energy. On top of that, the bagels and sandwiches are absolutely delicious. The service is incredible, from the staff all the way up to management.
I highly recommend this place — best bagels in NJ by far.

Our first time here and it was definitely worth the drive. We were greeted immediately, the establishment is clean, cozy & lots to look at while you wait for your order to be made. We sat in, enjoyed our 2 sandwiches, a French toast bagel & you have to try their cappuccino! I loved their coffee station. The owner was kind. We will definitely be returning. Great to have found a great bagel/sandwich spot.

I typically don’t leave reviews , unless it is great or terrible .
First off , gentlemen was extremely welcoming
Order #1 egg bagel with cream cheese with bacon
Egg bagel actually tasted like a egg bagel. Bacon wasn’t overly salty , and they were a great size bagel
Order #2 everything bagel , bacon egg and cheese
First time I actually tasted all the flavors of a everything bagel . It was tasteful and phenomenal.
10/10
Definitely will be going there . Finally a bagel shop that doesn’t taste doughy and tasteless .
Will be definitely go back !

My first review of any place ever. I normally do not do this but felt the need to do so being that this place just opened. I ordered 4 bagels, two of which were Jalapeno Bagels. Instead of actually using Jalapenos they used red chili flakes in the Bagels. Not only that but the Bagels are left out in the open. 3 of the Bagels were hard, easily comparable to something you could get at your local grocery store. And to top it all off there was a piece of what looked like beard hair on the Red Chili Flake (advertised as Jalapeno) Bagel. The hair was not only on the Bagel but baked to the surface of the Bagel. They tried to make the establishment look as modern as possible but first impression is everything. It does not have a Bagel store feel to it. It doesn’t even have a Deli Store feel to it. You go into Gabes Bagels and actually have to look around to see where the BAGELS are. The Bagel Spreads are on display instead of the Bagels. The actual Bagels are behind the counter and you have to practically lean over the counter to see the selection of Bagels, Some of which are near the floor in a basket hanging off the wall. Remember, the Bagels are out in the open. The guy who serviced me seemed more concerned about getting me out the door as fast as possible rather than a good first impression. I couldn’t even get a “Thank you, come again” or anything. Instead he gave me back my card after I payed and immediately proceeded to service the person standing behind me before I could even grab my bag of Bagels. Again first impression is everything. I will not go back which is sad because there are no decent Bagel joints in the area. The added pictures are suppose to be Jalepeno Bagels. 100% it’s false advertising

I ordered bagels in bulk for a breakfast at my school for the teachers. Gabe’s did an amazing job, the bagels were hot and ready when I picked them up, the cream cheese was also ready to go. Everyone at my school was raving about how good and fresh the bagels were. Thank you SO MUCH Gabe’s!
