Ordered delivery. I’m Peruvian and travel for business. Tallarines Verdes con Bistec is my favorite Peruvian dish. Though best way to have the steak is breaded and fried but that’s a super rare find. Most restaurants put in some big pieces of sliced potatoes, give big portions of spaghetti with a dry sauce, include only a tiny piece of steak or add some weird onion pieces or something. But not Gabby’s. Steak was well cooked and seasoned. Fettuccine pasta choice is spot on. Nice and thick so the sauce sticks to it better. Sauce was a creamy spinach/basil with a nice cheesy base. If there was one thing I could change it would be the portion size. Increase that a bit and it would be perfect. Overall it was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The interior has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Service was attentive and efficient, with staff exhibiting friendliness. The food quality was excellent. However, the pricing appeared to be somewhat higher compared to other similar cuisines.

If I could give this place more stars, I certainly would! This place was recommended by a couple of my coworkers, so my husband and I decided to give it a try. We’re so glad we did! I loved everything about our experience. The dining room was nice and cool (on a hot summer day), the service was top-notch, and the food was unique, flavorful, and overall absolutely incredible! My husband (who works the night shift) said he was craving Gabby’s food all night long after our visit and wants to go back as soon as possible! As for myself, I’d go as far as saying they may have the best paella in Wichita! We highly recommend this place!

If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Peru, this place delivers in every bite! From the very first plate, the flavors were absolutely exploding. We started with the Chicken Tamal — tender, perfectly seasoned, and wrapped in a warm embrace of tradition. The Papa Rellena was another highlight, crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside, bursting with that comforting, home-cooked flavor.
The traditional dishes that followed were nothing short of amazing — rich, vibrant, and full of the complex flavors that make Peruvian cuisine so special. And as incredible as the food was, the service somehow managed to be even better. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, the staff made the entire experience unforgettable.
This restaurant isn’t just a meal — it’s a journey to Peru without ever leaving your seat. Highly recommended!

Spot on. I placed my fairly large order to go and it was ready faster than anticipated. My kids complained about the idea Peruvian food but they all immediately admitted it was good, and then bickered over who got the rest of the beef. Salchipapas (hot dog chunks with fries) a solid kids’ option. The fish ceviche was exactly what I needed on a sunny winter day.

This place is goat. The lomo saltado is to die for, and the dining environment was cozy. Overall, I would be back to try more items on the menu. If I could choose one restaurant to eat in Wichita if I can’t go to Wichita ever again, it would be this one.

First time there. We liked what we had, we’re both not big on spicy food and this was perfect for us, but they do offer sides if you like it more spicy. It did not lack flavor and the serving sizes are generous.
We will be returning and making our friends and family aware.
