I discovered this joint while the Super 8 Motel was being constructed as I worked there at the time. We would order from this restaurant and man everything they have from fair foods to ice-cream is amazing. I suggest trying the chicken salad for sure. The best croutons I’ve ever had.

Nice retro ice cream hang out complete with old fashioned jute box and old time single records lining the walls. Added bonus: they have the best ice cream at a hugely affordable price. Tried a root beer float today to the tune of “Happy Days” style music and found myself tapping my foot as I slurped away. Great atmosphere and great ice cream! Sure to brighten anyone’s day. They also have a food menu consisting of burgers, chilli and sandwiches but I didn’t try them. I did appreciate the retro menu though.

I love their cheeseburgers. If I am in Huntington and close to this place I’ll always eat there. They have the best fries I’ve ever ordered. The fries are small cut and always crispy. The staff was very friendly and service was excellent. The food was prepared to perfection. I miss this entire chain because I always loved their food.

This place is awesome. Every time my family drives through West Virginia, we make it a point to stop at Ritzy’s. I have never had a bad burger. I’ve never had a mediocre burger. I have only had the best burgers of my entire life. It doesn’t look glamorous, but the moment that juicy, perfectly cooked meat hits your mouth, you’re already thinking about getting another burger after you finish the one you’re currently eating. The fries are just as amazing and addictive. There has yet to be a time where I don’t leave with a second cup of fries. This place is amazing and I hope they stay in business always.

Food was absolutely delicious! Burgers were hot and fresh. The fries were perfect, not overcooked and not soggy. Staff was friendly, and the prices weren’t that bad, the food is definitely worth it. We will be eating here from now on whenever we have to go to Cabell-Huntington hospital. The food was so good, I wanted to eat a whole other meal when I was done and full.

It had been decades since I had been in Ritzy’s. Place still looked the same and had the vibe. Burger was good but shell of wife’s taco salad was soggy. No salsa with salad, but did give her hot sauce.

It’s not healthy, but so good. Everything on the menu is great. I love the chicken, but the shoestring fries really do it for me. Great place for a casual lunch with your friends or family. It’s smaller in the inside, but well worth the visit.

Just stopped in and am not impressed at all. As another review stated the bun on the burger was cold like it hadn’t been out of the refrigerator long and was really greasy. When I went up to get my order the girl giving it to us counted out three packets of ketchup for the fries and a guy I assume to be the manager told her to ask before handing out ketchup, to cheap to keep a bottle of the stuff on the table. The restroom wasn’t really very clean and the paper towel dispenser was broken. The place is run down. But the girl taking our order was friendly.
