Have a drink, and/or lunch by the pool. Very relaxing environment. The lunch menu is limited, but the choices are solid and the quality is great. I went with the grilled fish tacos and was completely satisfied. The wait staff was perfectly efficient without being overbearing.

First time here. I wanted something light so I ordered chicken tenders with fries. For $18 I was expecting fresh chicken. As shown in the picture this was grade school processed chicken, overcooked. Pretty disappointed that a Hilton would serve this.

Terrible service. If you want something from the bar, go to bar and order it. And if you want a refill, get up from table and go back to bar. 18% tip included on everything even if you wait on yourself. And if you’re hungry, don’t eat here. 4 pieces of French toast, actually 2 pieces cut in halves, and water to drink is $33.

Watch your bill. They automatically include Tip / Gratuity and don’t tell you about it. Burger was just a Sysco pattie that they didn’t know how to cook properly. And for a bag of chips and burger it was $27. Don’t waste your time.

Food was very good, each dish we had. Some dishes were not always done traditionally, but no complaints with the taste. They even had a mushroom risotto someone with us ordered and said was the best he ever had. Not a big menu, but a good variety. Appetizers, hand held dishes (tacos, hamburgers, chicken strips), and full meals, including fish.
Location was terrific and never crowded. You can sit at the bar or they have tables with umbrellas. All dining is al fresco

Understand where you are at and what you are doing. Lounging by the pool. No rush and just relaxing. This place is great. It’s not fast service but it’s service and the food and drinks although expensive were very good. You are on the water in FLL. There is not a dollar menu here.

Doesn’t exist as a restaurant any more. They roll out some pop up carts if the hotel doesn’t have the space in use. The actual G bar is just a deck now.

I was very satisfied with my meal. I enjoyed the atmosphere clean, quite, nice and enjoyable. The steak sandwich was fresh, and seasoned well! The fries were hot and delicious. All the vegetables were fresh on my salad! Would recommend to others!

Got the fish tacos. Fish was dry and stale tasting. It tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour. They only gave us two tacos and barely any fries as well. Two orders of fish tacos was over $50 and i could’ve gotten a five star meal somewhere else. Please don’t fall into this money scam of the resort. Go somewhere else.
