We absolutely love and crave the viet wings. The sauce is delicious, it’s even amazing on the veggies. I love making lettuce wraps with the veggies and dipping it in the remaining sauce from the wings. Definitely worth trying!

I read the reviews first. My 13-year-old and I are on a quest for the spiciest wings in Cedar. Unfortunately, while the Viet Wings were super tasty, even the “hot” was more sweet than spicy. But the chicken was tender, and the side veggies seemed fresh. The DC Pub beats them for spicy, but the Viet Wings were tasty enough that we’ll definitely return and try some of the others. Maybe the Jamaican jerk next time. And yes, indeed surprising for being in a gas station.

What a great find in a gas station strip mall! We got the Thai wings with peanut sauce along with the spring rolls. Both tasted really fresh, and the medium level spice for the wings was True Medium, not “Utah Medium”. Service was friendly, and the guy at the counter was attentive in asking us about any food allergies. The only caution, if it is one, is that it can take up to 10 minutes to get your order, so this is not as fast as other places nearby. But the quality makes it worth it.

Amazing quality of food, the flavors are on point and the service was way above expectation. Totally worth the stop in!! Anytime I’m in Cedar City, I’ll be coming by. Specifically, the Jamaican jerk and festival balls (dumplings?) were perfect. Jamaican jerk can be hard to do but these guys got it down.

I ate here for the first time today, and was glad I did. The wings were huge and flavorful, and the sauce was divine. I had “mild” and it still burned my lips a little so it’s on the spicier side for my fellow spice-wusses. The staff was friendly and professional. I plan to come back again and try more of their selections.

Sooo good! This little unexpected restaurant is something that I can see Guy Fieri doing an episode of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. The grilled cheese on their award winning sourdough (Megaloaf) dipped in the creamy tomato basil was better than grandma’s… not an easy win. We had the shrimp fyre crackers too. A big shrimp wrapped in wonton with a sweet chili sauce on the side. Perfectly cooked. Viet Nuggies Wrap: not what you’d expect from a rural UT town. Great flavors and sauces; the warm and lightly crispy chicken chunks offset by fresh and crispy veggies.
Also stocked up on some fresh sourdough. After some free samples I could pass it up. The bacon cheddar had an impressive amount of bacon. Not too much and definitely not too little. I intend to work my way thru their menu. If the first 4 things I tried were great then my chances are pretty good with the rest of the menu!
Atmosphere: 5 stars for a food court attached to a gas station and convenience store? Yeah, I did that because it was surprisingly nice, clean and comfortable. It’s all relative.

I love stopping here for lunch on my dog training service route. My favorite things os the Shrimp Fried Rice. A healthier and local option that is an affordable great alternative to fast food conveniently located near major fast food chains and major shopping in Cedar City. The owner is so nice! I also love being able to buy my bread from Megaloaf in the same building. Total Cedar City community gem!

Exceptional chicken wings. The very best in Cedar City. I wasn’t a fan of the spring rolls however, but I’m not a fan of rice noodles anyway
