TLDR: Fyr and Ice not very Fyr anymore. Look for alternate spots please.
The service is cold, not “trying enough”. This place used to be known for fun hangouts, an awesome vibe.Today, it’s literally dead- not an exaggeration.
The menu is disgusting to touch. The AC is quite low (not properly filtering), all the chairs are already, music is blah, toilet are not working, restaurant smells- all of which is very welcoming.

When we first walked in, we were hit with this rank stench. Low-key smelled like a well, used public bathroom. The Girl was nice enough, but all the drinks in the fridge were expired… like all of them. She let us exchange them for Boba, but the Boba was not good at all. The food wasn’t good either, the dumplings were ok at best. The Ramen was bad. The meats were weirdly, tough chewy, and they didn’t taste how they’re supposed to taste. The chicken looked like fish. It was tough and rubbery and barely tasted like chicken. The beef looked like steak, but tasted like beef. It was awfully sweet, but not in a good way and it was tough like you could not chew through it. I wouldn’t come here at all to be honest, to the expired drinks and the questionable food

DON’T COME!!!! The food took over an hour and a half to arrive and most of it was freezing cold. The takoyaki was pretty good but the miso ramen didn’t even have miso soup inside of it. The tonkotsu ramen had a visible layer of oil and the meat was extremely dry. The udon tasted exactly like instant ramen and the kimchi ramen’s noodles were not fresh, the ramen wasn’t spicy, and the egg had no flavor at all. Unless you are extremely desperate, DO NOT COME.

So disappointing, because you’d think that with a cool a$$ name like Fyr & Ice you’d at least be getting something out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, not even the Boba tasted right! We were looking for a new Ramen & Boba spot & found this suggestion on social media. The Milk Tea Boba tasted weird & bitter, the Ramen looked sketchy, but it was just basic & tasteless & the three other dishes were drenched in an exaggerated amounts of sauce. We tried to give it a chance but after two bites we had to go for pizza 🙁

This is one of the better Asian fusion restaurants I’ve been to. I gave it 4 stars because my partners food came out first and I had to wait 15min before I got mine. Overall, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious! I had Asian chicken tacos and their ramen is to die for. Even though a waitress brings your food out, you have to order your food yourself up front. Their teas are delicious! If you order a soda, it comes in a very large beer mug….you can share one with two people. They offer a selection of Asian wines and sake as well. It’s in a good location and there is plenty parking. I would recommend eating here.

Such a cute and a quirky place. They have all kinds of snacks and meals. Always full and the food is always yummy. Ramen, dessert bubble waffles. Tea, ice cream everything is delicious. Nice place to just hang out and enjoy.

We 10 ppl came into the restaurant during noon time, no other customers in the restaurant. We ordered just regular ramen, and waited for 80 minutes! Ridiculous!!!! despite frequent checking in, some ramen ended up not going through the order, and some ramen is still “being cooked” for 30min. We ended up cancelling our order and headed out without lunch.

So obviously you can’t eat there right now because the world is coming to an end, but it’s got an awesome atmosphere and it’s really cool on the inside!!! It’s got fun authentic looking art on the walls and a great look to it. Now let’s get to the food. Now we only got I bowl of Ramon and some Buns, but they were DELICIOUS!!! We plan on adding this to our list of favs to get food from and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu

Went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and it was bustling. I had the spicy beef ramen and my wife had the chicken ramen. We also had the pork bun. It was all delicious. A couple drawbacks were that the place was a little unkempt. The tables could have been cleaner and there paper and plastic wrappers left over from previous diners. We also had to wait until we were done with our ramen until the pork buns came out. I’ll give it another try though.

What a chill atmosphere. Food was great. The Boba team were kind of too sweet. But the cookie monster egg waffles definitely to die for we ordered two …and the mini pot idea cream eh not all that. Cute cool place. Service was great. Happy place.
