So there is no “restaurant”. Its a trailer in a dark corner behind an old hotel!
My family took a road trip and we drove about half an hour out of our way to try this restaurant based off of reviews. Due to weather it took a while but we made it about 20 minutes before closing. Which I understand could have been inconvenient for a sit-down dinner but thats not even an option. I approached the trailer and the woman inside acts extremely irritated to see me walking up. I asked her if they’re open FIRST and she says yes. She gave me a menu and I asked her if there’s anything that they are out of. She says the curry goat. I say no problem, we’ll take four jerk chicken dinners to go. She huffs and says “I dont have that much and I’m about to close anyway”. Which she easily could have mentioned as soon as we walked up. I would not have even been slightly upset. Just human courtesy at the bare minimum.
I cannot judge the food. But I was definitely made to feel like my business was not wanted. Its the right of every business to politely turn down a customer but this interaction crossed into extremely rude for no reason. Im very disheartened.

Once you find this place you realize it is a food truck tucked behind the American. Two picnic tables outdoors. Not exactly a restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem filled with flavor and huge servings. Skip the jerk chicken if you can’t handle spice but definitely get it if you can and love tender and flavorful chicken. The pasta salad is a perfect way to cool off your taste buds and provide a creamy contrast to the fragrant rice and flavor packed meats. The Bar-B-Fry chicken is delicious and great for any one that has a lower spice tolerance. We’ll be coming again ✨

Xavier is extremely nice and welcoming. Rice and beans where my favorite, and the barby fried chicken was AMAZING. Nicky cooked everything perfectly. The festivals where very good, sort of like hush puppies. Will be back and try more!!
