I have been to multiple other fuzzy’s locations and love it. This however will be my first and last trip to the Casper location. These are my “nachos”. The photo speaks for itself. I think a child could’ve put together a better plate than this.

I love the food, drinks, and atmosphere at Fuzzy’s. It is our neighborhood bar for sure. Billie is the best bartender ever. She knows us, and has our drink ready as soon as she sees us walk in the door, and she is always friendly! The rest of the staff is just as friendly. I can get margaritas plenty of places, but I get treated like a friend here. And if it is not happy hour, it is still very reasonably priced. Billie has a margarita she makes named after her that is my very favorite! We are here at least twice a week.

The food is always pretty good, and we’ve never really had bad service here. Unfortunately the prices have doubled since they first opened, and the portions don’t seem quite as large anymore. But still, there’s not a lot of good food options on the west side of town, so this is a good choice to make if you find yourself over here.

Fuzzy’s was in a good location and had delicious Margaritas. They allowed us to try samples of the margaritas after checking out ID so we would get one we enjoyed.i ended up with a strawberry and mango mixed margarita. For food, I got the birria tacos and they were ok. In my opinion, they were not the best and I would not order them again. I’ve had other tacos at other Fuzzy locations and they have been good. The chips and cheese were good. We went at a slower time so it wasn’t super busy and we got our food fairly quickly. I would come back to try other tacos and of course the margaritas.

Rude staff from the moment I walked in. Complaining about a large group. Isn’t your whole job to be a server. Rude chefs when asked to make allergy accommodations. Felt unwelcome and would not come back. I will find somewhere else to eat mediocre
Mexican food next time I’m in Casper.

A new fighter has entered the arena.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop opened very recently so I decided to try it out hoping to be the very first review on Google.

It was ok. I ordered a shredded brisket burrito and a Corona on draft. The presentation of the meal was mediocre… it arrived on a plastic lunchroom tray and wrapped in tinfoil. For the most part, an uninspired presentation. The food itself was ok but there are better burritos available in town. As for condiments, there are hot sauce bottles on the tables. Pretty sure a 14 year boy named the hot sauce… “Butt Burning Hot Sauce”. I don’t typically care for clichés or childish decor and names but whatever floats your boat. The cost was a touch too much. Granted I bought a beer which was probably as much the burrito, but all in all my final tab (which included my wife’s and mother in law’s meal) was $53. I feel that if I am going to spend $53 on Mexican food, I’d rather go to a nice sit down Mexican restaurant.

Summary:
Food presentation; meh
Food quality; good but expensive and there is better quality available elsewhere.
Price; more than it should be
Cleanliness; the bathrooms and dining room are clean now but the place just opened. This could certainly change in a few months.
Alcohol; yes. Tacos and beer is like mother’s milk.

All in all, I give it 3 stars.

The birria tacos are not birria tacos. They were the saddest thing I’ve put in my mouth in quite a while. The tortillas tasted of old oil and the consomé was off. There won’t be a second time for us personally.
