Our family was looking forward to eating at Fuzzys! However, when we walked in it was extremely warm, no air was circulating, after sitting down for 5 minutes at the table, the bartender gave us instructions of how we needed to order at the bar and then you could sit down. This probably would of been more convenient when we stood at the door trying to figure out where to sit, especially since we didn’t want to sit at the bar since we had younger children with us. We ended up leaving without ordering because I had sweat running down my face. I definitely preferred to eat where there’s AC when the weather is 90 degrees outside.

Horrible experience at this restaurant. We could not get the bartender to take our orders. She was too busy flirting with some guys at the end of the bar. Fine. I waited for 15 minutes the first time I tried to get a drink for her to even acknowledge me. The guys next to me were making jokes about me being invisible. Finally got a drink. Went back up a bit later to get another drink and the same thing happened. It was not busy at all. I finally went around the bar to find someone else and found the manager who apologized but really did not do much aside from tell her that I had complained. I went back to my group and within a few minutes realized that she was loudly talking to other patrons and laughing saying that I had tried to get her into trouble but that it did not work. I went around to a less busy area of the bar and asked her if I could speak with her. I told her that we were in town for a family event and we really just wanted to relax and enjoy our time and could she stop talking about us and could we move on. She raised her voice at me and told me that she would not serve us anymore. I said that was fine and honestly that was kind of the problem, she did not want to serve anyone aside from the guys she was in to. She then went and got the manager who again apologized but did nothing to help. (Also did not comp anything) I went back to my table again, she again started mocking me and getting the other patrons involved. She yelled and cursed at me from behind the bar. At this point, we did not feel safe and we left I have never experienced such immature and ridiculous behavior. I am still incredulous.

Super convenient location right off of i25 in Colorado Springs. The service is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is super chill, but the Ramlada was a bit off for me with the funky dyes added to make it green. I’d prefer my piñacolada with its natural off-white coloring, but that is my personal preference.
