Consistently decent food, very friendly staff and always clean dining room. Sometimes they skimp on the bacon in the burrito, but still tasty. Would go back!

We hadn’t been here for quite a while so we decided to come back. Kristen was our waitress. She was fantastic and I would rate her in the top 1% of the almost 400 restaurant reviews I have done. I had a Baja fish taco and California heat taco my wife had a burrito. Kristen wanted to make sure that we got a margarita that we both really liked and I really appreciate that because many waiters would give it to you and if you didn’t like it, that was your problem. She was very attentive and just wanted to make sure that our meal was perfect. We will be back for sure!

Come in pretty regularly for years now, live in the neighborhood …Staff is always changing. Came in tonight on a rare date night occasion dropped about $90 for food/drinks and tipped super well as we work in the industry, but when we were leaving, we politely asked the new manager, Jonathon, what the service fee was and he said it goes to the kitchen. I replied with “so the kitchen gets a percentage of my tequila shot?” Then he said “well is there food on there?” I said no, I’ve already cashed out with the food and tipped 40% and he changed his story to that “the server gets a percentage tip out” then we tried to clarify that the server gets the service charge before the tip, he abrasively changed his answer to “it’s spread throughout the house” and when when we asked “what does that mean?” responded with, “we’re gonna close soon and it’s it time to go.” and made me feel like I NEVER want to come back. I’ve worked in the service industry for 15+ years. I’ve served the owner of fuzzys at Luna’s tacos and tequilas on Mother’s Day and I’ve never been more insulted in my life at a restaurant simply asking a question about the service fee to Jonathon tonight, nor did he have even one interaction with us at all during our hour stay at the restaurant..I’ve worked in restaurants where we did service fees and I was only asking out of curiosity, he made me feel so uncomfortable that I don’t think I can ever go back. Super unfortunate because I love fuzzys. Sam was our bartender and he was great, explained why he rang in things the way he did hence why tipped $40..But we won’t be coming back thanks to Jonathon who seems like a lazy GM who doesn’t do well with customer service. I don’t ever write negative reviews, I typically try to boost up biz but tonight really got to me, as I don’t get out much and Jonathon ruined our night.

We have been coming here for years and have recently noticed a huge decline in the quality of food and drink. Last time we were here, I was served a watered down, warm margarita with no ice. The time before that we sat for 30 mins before we inquired about the food and found out the order never even went through, and this most recent time half of my tacos were missing their toppings and the steak taco only had two tiny pieces of rubbery meat in it. There are only so many times you can politely bring up problems and ask for help before you stop coming back.

I’ve been going here for over a year, random times. Yesterday we had a very adorable cashier. Her name was Tiajah! She was extremely funny and very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. She gave me excellent advice on my drink! The food was perfect! My boyfriend and I were very pleased with lunch! Thank you for having amazing staff! Staff likeTiajah makes good out very enjoyable and encouraging. She even let us know about the fuzzy app, which we downloaded! Thank you for great food, drinks and friendly, knowledgeable staff!!

My husband wasn’t too happy about the Nachos we ordered. He feels like we should have gotten more meat for what ordered. When you are hungry and you have to eat so your wife can eat since she has stage 4 breast cancer

I was having a really hard day at work and decided to come get what I thought would be the best nachos I’ve ever had. Even my giant strawberry margarita couldn’t hide the taste of whatever was wrong with my chips. It tasted like bad oil? That’s not a guess. As much as 30 years of restaurant experience. Why did half my chips taste like rancid fryer oil? The person behind the counter said that they make their chips fresh, Which indicated to me they weren’t sure what I was talking about. I would prefer to do this in person rather than on a review.

Kinda bummed. It’s hard to order even if there’s no one there, the cashiers are too busy talking to other guests or they make eye contact and totally ignore you. (The girl with brown hair and pony tail) They have new cooks who need A LOT more practice. And the place was a mess even when it was dead. Not very happy.
