Immediately when we walked up to the counter, Emmalee was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Because she can tell it was our first time in, she walked us through everything and suggested top options to choose from.
There was plenty of parking and seating inside and outside. The restrooms were very cleaning and stocked. Food was spot on. Exactly what we needed!

I’ve been to a Fuzzy’s couple times before in Missouri, didnt even realize it was national chain so was pleased to make my way for lunch on my first day in the area, and it was even better than I remember. Tacos were so good it may be difficult to desire going anywhere else for my lunches quite frankly. I feel like this specific location doesn’t get as much love as it should based on its location. The establishments in the immediate vicinity are lacking. That said, this location has the same service and vibes as other Fuzzy’s. Their Crispy Shredded Chicken Taco and the Shrimp Tempura Taco are amazing and worth trying if it’s your first time. Add some Butt Burnin’ Hot Sauce if you like a bit of heat!

I’m very disappointed. I’ve eaten at Fuzzy’s many a few times, and never have I been disappointed. It was my first at this location (near Grapevine Mills Mall. I ordered the shredded chicken salad with no tomatoes or chesse, with the avocado dressing and extra cilantro. It came with these horrible looking tomatoes. The lettuce was old and brown looking. I received ranch dressing instead of avocado.

visited on Taco Tuesday during my 1st bingo night on the 7th. My family and I enjoyed our meal and the wait time was short. My wife tried the Dracarita that the sweet lady bartender recommended and drink was good, great service. The manager was also nice when he checked on our tables. Guy in the back named Benjumin Cung, Great guy made my food perfect and gave me great portioning. Guy named Pelon was also a really great guy, made sure I had everything I was supposed to have for my order and made me feel welcome. Asked for an extra side of Guac and Pelon did not hesitate to give me one. Great Guys.

I went and ordered my food and the cashier added a extra taco that I told him I only wanted one. Then he said ok wait and walked to the kitchen, walked out the kitchen and then went to go bring orders out to tables. I haven’t paid, he didn’t tell me what was happening. The next cashier ending up taking 5 more orders while I was standing waiting for my cashier to come back. He came back 8min later and said “she didn’t come out?” And I said no one came, idk why im just standing here. Then he walked back to the kitchen, came out and took 2 minutes on the computer thing and then told me to pay. I waited 10+ minutes to order and pay for my food, he just left and didn’t tell me what he was waiting for or anything. Bad communication, need better training.

I like the atmosphere and all the workers seem very nice. I would not recommend the water however, it tastes like it came from a toilet. Like seriously. It tastes even worse after actually visiting the restroom. And speaking of the restroom there’s an awful sound in there! Definitely room for improvement.
