I hate coming to this location and I promise it will be my ABSOLUTE last time. Its always something. The order isnt right. The staff is dry funk and rude. They dont know the menu. They cant handle modifications to orders. At least 5x ive had my ordered messed up and had to open and unravel a burrito to make sure they put what i asked for in there. The line cooks give you what they want you to have not what you order. The cashiers are dry. I had one laugh at me because I came in pissed about them messing up my order.
Idk how they have 4 stars. Maybe i just have bad vibes for this place but idc if it’s online order or in-person something always goes wrong. Tonight was no different. I tried to order by phone misspoke about a taco salad and instead of him correcting me to say its just a salad maam not taco salad he insisted they didnt serve that snd he kept telling me all they had were bowls. They dont know their product names cuz i inquired about a dressing as listed online. Come at your own risk

So initially upon coming to this place, I thought that it had really good food. I like their burritos I thought that you know it would be a place to like I could see myself like you know being a little regular at or whatever I sent my Fiancé in there cause I just didn’t wanna Go in I wasn’t really dressed for it so whenever I had him go in, I had typed a little message for him so he knew what to order well, he explained to me like why he was trying to read off my order. The lady was cutting him off while he was trying to read my order and ultimately my order ended up getting screwed up so I go back in there because first the lady acts like she didn’t see us sitting outside right in front of the building we were literally sitting right in front of the doors. She peaked her head outside, looked in our car and then went back inside like she didn’t see us when I went in to check on my order cause I was like well that one can’t be mine. I ordered a burrito. Mines never comes in a tray. I wasn’t really worried about that. Literally that was my order and I had opened it and I was like this is incorrect. I’m like why is it on a tray? It normally is wrapped in foil so I’m looking in my my food and I’m like oh this is smother in case so I don’t want it smothered in case so like how am I gonna even be able to pick up my burrito you know what I’m saying if I didn’t wanna be able to pick my burrito up I would’ve got just a bowl. I’m not a burrito like I want to be able to pick my burrito up. I got queso on the side in salsa on the side like I always do and because she was cutting off my fiancé and interrupting him while he was trying to place my order he wasn’t even able to tell her like Hey like you know So whenever I went back in there to speak to the lady and ask her if she could remake my order, she looked at me and she was like well I mean, if I ask you if it’s correct and he told me that everything was correct, then I just I don’t know what you want me to say the bad I guess I will pay for your meal. I’m never in need of anybody to pay for my meal I never need her to pay for my meal, I would’ve went up there if If I didn’t have the funds for it, but I clearly did so obviously it wasn’t a financial situation. It was you messed up my order mind you I’ve worked in restaurants. If you mess up somebody’s order and they’ve paid for it and they haven’t even touched it yes, you are supposed to have their food remade. If they said that there’s something wrong with the food. I never have I seen that that was so rude of her to then say that maybe I should tell my my fiancé that I that he needs to be a better listener or he needs to whatever she was trying to say, but he just felt very condescending very rude. I will never step put back in there. There is plenty of other burrito spots where they’re not being rude in condescending and nasty to their customers paying customers at that and then gonna sit there and offered to pay for my burrito as if I didn’t already pay for it please learn some etiquette if you’re going to be working at freaking restaurants like this is just

Food was good the service was the worst. I was at the bar and open a tap. But had to wait 20 min to get my next beer. They jst left me and my friends sitting there. Not to mention we was dine in and they made my order to go. And sat it with the other to go orders. We was very disappointed.
