We visited Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in Frisco and had a great experience! We tried the loaded nachos with fried shrimp, which were deliciously satisfying and packed with flavor. We also ordered a variety of fried shrimp tacos, appreciating the flexibility of choosing between flour, corn, or crispy tortillas. Each option brought a unique texture to the meal.
Unfortunately the fried fish had beer in it so we weren’t able to try them.
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When one of the tacos mistakenly came with bacon, they promptly replaced it without any hassle. This level of service truly enhanced our visit.
The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I’d happily recommend Fuzzy’s to anyone looking for tasty tacos and excellent service in a casual setting!

Nicole was an amazing host! There was also a young man I didn’t catch the name of, but he was also amazing! Great customer service, clean restrooms, food quality and value on point, and the swirl margarita was outstanding. Steak, and Brisket tacos were mouthwatering.

I stopped by this fuzzy taco location at 933pm, and the two guys at the front were very nice but seemed to be agitated because they were closing at 10p. and had some register issues. They re-routed me to order from the bar, and when I spoke to the bartender short with blonde hair, she stated this is the bar to order a drink, not food. All I was trying to do was spend money to get some food to go. So now I re-routed back to the front register and told the gentlemen that the bartender refused to take my order, and all I wanted to do was order food. At that point, they finally took my order. This type of service has a lack of hospitality. I will not return back to this location due to the service, but I would like a call back from the District Manager over this District/ Region. This is what I was given to be the Quesabirria tacos (pictures enclosed), and I spent $32.76 for everything I ordered.

This Morning- we stood at the checkout for a few minutes and watched employee look at us twice but never move until the chef hit the bell a couple times. Looks like he was having breakfast and a beer. Normally we are greeted with hellos and how you doing!! We even closed your beer fridge for you when walking in. Not impressed with today’s service- and now he’s back in the corner just sitting there. On our Breakfast- delicious she made a great taco!!

This is a comparison between this store and the one in Desoto.
The Desoto store is way better than this one.
1. chips/salsa – the desoto store give like 30% more, and more seasoning on the chips
2. The desoto store gives utensils and tongs with the family meals.
this one didn’t give a single utensil, napkins, forks, etc.
3. the lettuce from the family meal at this frisco … really????? one small cup,
same size as the tomatoes … really? enough for maybe 3 servings.

So bummed. Ordered two bowls from here tonight and they were DISGUSTING. The rice wasn’t cooked, it was HARD, the beans were cold, n garlic aioli sauce, no cheese. They were literally inedible and we wasted $20. Get it together this should not happen.
