I had a baby shower here on a Sunday and they treated us wonderfully! The Manager was so kind and friendly to me and my quests and the service was excellent! It was very clean and they allowed me to decorate as I wanted to. I would highly recommend this for any event. A big Thank you to him and his staff for making it a great day!! P.S. After the shower was over, I took Mommy to the hospital. Too much cake or not enough?!?

The service and food here isn’t very up to par. They NEED two bartenders on duty, because when you have only one who is doing both drinks and food, the bar is constantly left unattended. We had friends waiting a good 10+ minutes for their first drinks. This seems to be a recurring issue, after reading other reviews.

The food was bad. The hot dogs tasted cheap and the pulled pork tacos were bone dry. I asked how the pulled pork was cooked and the owner said it was previously slow cooked, frozen, and then heated in the microwave. He tried to play it off on the bartender’s inadequacies of working a microwave properly, winking at us several times in the process (are you serious, dude?), until I called him out on how his food should not be microwaved and the bartender piped up defending herself saying it was freezer burnt. So my question is this: if it’s freezer burnt, how long has it been in the freezer? Too long.

So my suggestions are:
1) keep two employees on duty, one specifically who can walk away to attend to food matters
2) get a stove-top and *throw away* those microwaves
3) get a better menu and quality products
4) stop insulting your employees to your customers, because that quite honestly makes you look like a masochistic and inadequate business owner – that’s not how you treat your employees

Great atmosphere! Always enjoy my time here! Chelsea and Ken have turned this place around and are exceptional bartenders/management! You can truly they care about their customers needs and happiness! Always super clean bonus are free nachos and cheap drinks! Definately recommend! Chelsea also runs amazing paint and bingo nights!!!

Good selection of liquors to choose from & super friendly staff! I had a great time hanging with friends at one of the bingo events. There was a good selection of prizes even though I wasn’t one of the winners. My friends & I will definitely be attending another event sometime ⭐ ⭐

If I could leave zero stars I would. Hands down worst bar service and staff I have ever dealt with in my life. Was just there last night for a wedding. Ask for a Chardanory, they had only red wines. My glass was taken and pooped into a plastic cup, at that time I had to remove a bug from the cup. Bartender was equally rude to all patrons in the bar.

I am in my late 30’s father of 3 and this my first review. We visited this restaurant for Easter brunch with our extended family. I normally don’t care to put effort into writing a review as there are so many better things to do in life, but when there is not a single thing that was good about a dining experience that deserves some attention. First off, I echo some of the other reviews in that every glass and utensil was water stained and half of the glasses also had lipstick or food still on them. To continue with cleanliness, the bathrooms were covered in brown stains including the toilets, the sinks, the floors and the walls. They also had the cleaning rags, brushes & supplies sitting on the floor next to the toilets. The food appeared to be purchased from a retail warehouse club. Everything was obviously pre-cooked frozen reheated dishes, from the breakfast sausage, the chicken tenders, the fish, the ham, and the mac & cheese. Even the tossed salad was ice berg garden lettuce from a bag. The kicker was the ranch salad dressing tasted old, to the point it smelled and left an after taste. The pancakes were reheated microwave pancakes that my 4-year old wouldn’t touch. The desserts weren’t any better. They too were the mini cheesecakes, mini crème puffs and mini éclairs found at any warehouse club store. Last but not least the service. We were visited once by the waitress with a pass by “how’s everything?” and she didn’t wait for an answer, she just kept walking. We went back to my wife’s parents and they bought fresh doughnuts on their way home so the kids had something to eat. My advice is to avoid this place so you don’t get sick. The management should have realized that people aren’t stupid, they know what frozen food looks like and tastes like.

10/1/18 sat at the bar for 10 minutes while the bartender talked with one of the three customers in there. Decided to walk out and not waste my money there. Too bad, I really enjoy the hotel, but will never set foot in the lounge again.

OK so if you want a dinner freshly prepared and put in the walking to microwaved for you once you come to eat dirty and soap covered water cups and silverware. Wait staff that hides from you and no real cooks cause I was told the cook went to a meeting and the the fill in cook couldn’t make spaghetti noodles because he didn’t have any made and in the walkin fridge he also clarified that they weren’t out of spaghetti noodles just didn’t have any pre-made. So I got lasagna microwaved and burn around the edges harden onto the plate cheese and still kinda cold in the center yum yum right. Also of food related issues with this place the Mangers that work there hide in the bar playing games along with the fillin cook that is supposed to be cooking your food sorry microwaving your food pretty much this sums this place up DON’T EAT HERE!!!

Confusing concept, wants to be a sports bar, but all screens set to infomercials and sitcoms with the volume down…. too bad. Bar staff also rushing about, no clear execution strategy. Try to get food… good luck.

fuzzys Lounge is a great Hotel bar stayed at the hotel went down to the bar for a couple of beers and ended up staying till late it night Katie was a great bartender she keeps you entertained she takes care of everyone very well and talks to everyone and she is very smart and funny I will go there whenever I am in town
