Finally had the chance to try this location. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the spaciousness, and cleanliness. I ordered the Special Combination Vermicelli, and it was absolutely deeeelicious! The portion was a great size and everything was cooked to perfection Highly recommend, ooo and the egg rolls are a must! The chicken pho was pretty good, too!

I had a good experience at this restaurant. Despite arriving closer to closing time, the staff was incredibly welcoming. After indulging in junk food at the strip, their comfort food was exactly what I needed to soothe my stomach. The prices were reasonable, and the place was clean. I ordered the combo pho, which was packed with a decent amount of meat, and the broth was perfectly balanced, not overly salty. To top it off, the Thai tea was both reasonably priced and authentically flavorful, not watered down. Highly recommended!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 – we ordered a Combo Pho and a Tendon Pho. The serving size for the noodles is smaller than other pho places we’ve been to as neither of us were quite full from our dish. The soup is much sweeter than we’re used to but didn’t have much flavor profile other than that. They were generous on the amount of protein in the soup though! The sides dishes of bean sprouts and mint were fresh and bright.
Service: 5/5 – slight language and culture difference but attentive and quick service.
Ambiance: 5/5 – large open space with plenty of seating that is clean. In the afternoon, the lighting coming through the windows is absolutely beautiful!
Value for price: 4/5 – the dishes are cheaper but we didn’t care too much for the pho broth so not our favorite place.

This place is fantastic if you are in Old Henderson. The broth is amazing, the crab rangoons are fantastic, and its the best Thai Tea I have ever had.

Have been to a couple of other Pho places and this little spot has the best broth I’ve had since being back home in Hawaii. Ordered the combination pho, shrimp pho, fresh spring rolls and combination fried rice. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the first time we have had the fried rice was today and it had a great flavor and good portion. We have only had take out and has been pretty quick to be ready for pick up. When you call the lady sounds mean lol but in person she is the sweetest person. Lol Definitely our favorite Pho place yet. It makes me sad that this place is normally not busy, because the food is really good. Can’t wait to dine in.

Do not order the chicken curry. It is a complete rip off. For $14 the chicken portion was only 1/4 of the takeout box. The rest was all rice. Curry sauce was given on the side which was good, but overshadowed by the fact that I don’t have much chicken to eat it with.

Fuzen is good, I’m happy to see a Pho place on this side of town. It’s great to get my Pho fix without having to drive across the Valley. With that said, yes there are better spots, but I will definitely be back here simply because it’s good and its local!

I really hate to give this place a one star. I did it for reasons. I am a regular customer in the pho spot and witnessed when they clean the table, they blow their nose on the same cloth and spit on the cleaning tray WHILE there is customers eating. I find it very disgusting and sad to say that I am not going to come back at this place. The older guy needs to rethink his decisions while there is customers dining in…

chicken tasted good. But $14 for half a plate of vermicelli??? The plate was not overflowing, the sprouts were covered with a light sprinkle of lettuce to mask that HALF the plate were sprouts!!! Not coming back here ever again.

This restaurant does not use fresh noodles. The noodles come from individual packets, a lot like bulk ramen noodles from the grocery store.
