Fuyu is our favorite local sushi spot. Everything is delicious, you can’t go wrong. Its affordable, 8 rolls – a mix of special and regular, fried chicken and edamame ran us $125. We all left full and satisfied. And the service is great. They’re nice and helpful. Love this place. Thank you Fuyu ♥️

Ordered delivery tonight. I called the store and specifically asked if their spicy rolls have tempura flakes in them and they said no. I even asked a second time to confirm. Guess what the spicy trio came with? Tempura flakes. I specifically did not want the extra carbs and calories, which is why I called and asked. It’s honestly ridiculous to charge these prices and then add so much filler into your spicy rolls AND THEN have dry rice on top of that. The spicy trio roll was SO dry. An opinion I didn’t think I’d ever have of a spicy roll…
Fish quality is just okay to not great. The fish from the sashimi sampler was quite tasteless. Thought I’d try a new place out and was disappointed. Plenty of other places have similar pricing and better quality. First and last time ordering from here. Unsure why it’s so highly rated.

Will say this place is BY FAR one of the better sushi places in Denver area! We drive now 40mins just to come eat here… the Batman roll and the I don’t roll are some of the most amazing rolls I’ve ever had.

My husband and I went for the first time to Fuyu Sushi for lunch. We ordered the spicy gyoza, tonkatsu ramen and the tuna roll. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning!

I don’t actually know how the food is or the atmosphere of this establishment, but they sent me a mail menu. Just a menu in the mail. No promo code or anything, just a menu in the mail. If you are trying to get me to come here, and are spending money to advertise, at least put some more effort into it. Just a mail menu, really? Do better marketing team. You can hire me for better marketing tbh.

A 6-Star Sushi bistro hiding as a 5-Star. I’ve eaten sushi in cities all over America and have had two long-term (20+ years) sushi restaurants that I have loved for decades now. One in Sedona and the other in Tucson.
FuYu is now on that list and I expect that more customers will be dazzled by the total dining experience here as the years roll by.

Whenever I crave sushi, I come here as Fuyu Sushi has the best sushi I can find in all of Aurora. The sashimi/nigiri is huge and fresh and the rolls are so delicious. Price seems fair for the size of the food you get so no complaints there. I have been recommending this place to all my friends so they don’t have to travel all the way to Denver for good sushi.
