This is a great spot to bring kids—there’s plenty of outdoor seating and space for them to play. The tacos are solid and come out quickly. We ordered 24 tacos, and they were ready in just 15 minutes. I’d recommend trying the Elote and the Al Pastor tacos. For reference: Al Pastor is pork grilled with pineapple, Carnitas is shredded pork, Asada is grilled beef, and Chorizo is seasoned sausage.

Very hit or miss location which sucks because it’s what’s closest to my work. When it’s good, it’s delicious! But when it’s bad it’s bad.
I always get the al pastor bowl and there’s now been two different occasions where the bowl is completely different from what it’s supposed to be. The first time it was made with chorizo – probably to make more/supplement the meat? It tasted horrible though and I threw it away.
And today they gave me the “same” bowl with barely any meat, lettuce (why?), and none of the other toppings. I had also asked for more beans instead of rice but thats besides the point. Customer service really depends on who’s working the front and is also hit or miss.

Some of the absolute best tacos, burritos, and Birria Ramen in town! Every time we venture to Santa Fe Brewery we try more menu items and immediately want more! It is always insanely delicious! Fusion is our favorite! Please support this local gem!

If you are on a break do not order a bowl with chicken. The kiosk say 5-7 minutes and after 20 minutes and multiple orders after mine, I asked for a refund. The girl told me to cancel it on my phone, but I couldn’t. Then I had to go back in line to ask for a receipt for my refund, at which time she said that the manager was only one able to do a refund. The gentleman cooking came over and tried to help and said my food was finally ready but at this point I walked away. Customer service goes a long way, and sadly I will not be back.

I love Fusion, but this location wasn’t very good. Barely any garnish, literally like 5 shreds of cabbage, hard limes, and no red sauce. This pregnant chick is sad. Did I eat them all? Yeah. Am I satisfied? No.

Let me preface by saying that I absolutely love fusion tacos. But I have been disappointed by this location over and over again. Every time I order tacos there is almost NO MEAT and NO CHEESE. Inside the tacos! I’ve had to just stop ordering because I am disappointed everytime.

This place is so cool and fun! I got the crunchy tacos with asada and they were perfect. Can’t wait to come back here and try more things!
If you haven’t been here before, to find Fushion Tacos you need to go through the gate to the brewery and it is right there (kinda hard to tell when you first pull into the parking lot is all).

Great food. Located at Santa Fe Brewery in Santa Fe. Gave them a 4 star rather than 5 as the service was very slow and we waited a long time for our food. However, staff were nice and the food was good. Located outside. Lots of outdoor seating or you can take food inside the brewery!

The birria ramen is amazing! We also got quesadillas, and a salmon Fit Bowl. All wonderful! Beautiful location, and excellent customer service. We will be back!

Set up outside of Santa Fe Brewing Company, Fusion Tacos provides very tasty authentic Mexican dishes and excellent service. We enjoyed the Tuesday 10-taco special with a combination of crunchy and soft shells filled with asada and birria. A nice variety of sauces, cilantro on top, and side veggies made this a wonderful lunch special. Thank you, Fusion Tacos!
