Queda birria for the win! Rosie walked us thru the menu because it was our first time. Good call. The crispy tacos are the way to go. I’m sure the soft are tasty also but they fried up the tortillas for our crispy tacos and they were fresh and hot. The food came out super fast and the service was excellent.

We had the green chili burger and fries. That green chili hits hard with the flavors the patty was juicy. I had 2 asada and 2 pastor tacos. The meat was juicy as well. The onions and cilantro was super fresh. Also had the elote. Yes it comes in a cup and the normal toppings.

We stopped here on from Santa Fe to Morphy lake. The location is convenient as it’s next toal the golf course and there is plenty of room for parking bigger camping rigs. The atmosphere is nice with outdoor seating and a really beautiful interior. The service was great as the staff were friendly and patient. Lastly the food met the standards of what we have come to expect from Fusion Tacos.

On my way back to Arizona from Rapid City, and OH MY GOSH. The BEST food I’ve had this entire trip. What a gem. Elote is great, my burger was AMAZING, and the tacos were delicious. Too often our asada is dry back home at most of the shops. Not here. SO GOOD. My burger was moist and well-seasoned. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a full belly!

We had a Crispy Tacos Asada platter and an Apple Soda; and a Soft Corn tortilla Tacos Asada platter and a Yerba Mate. Both myself and my wife were very pleased with the quality, speediness and freshness of the food.
We will be back, for the kindness and generosity of the manager and the yummy tacos—the rice, beans and red/green taco sauce were perfectly spiced and a welcome accompaniment! Do not skip this place. Just wait until the summer and the patio deck will be packed with people for cocktails and food.

Possibly the best tacos I’ve ever had. Typically street tacos are where you find the best tasting ones, but this sit down restaurant really does it better. My wife and I shared the 4 taco plate, a corn cup, a side of rice, and a side of beans on fully empty stomachs and we couldn’t finish. We very much enjoyed all that we got and spent a total of about $20. The atmosphere was nice as well. We will be coming back next time we are in town.

We ordered and then waited 30 minutes only for them to come say they were out of Ramen and we needed to pick something else. It took them another 20 minutes to get my wife’s substitute and then they forgot what I ordered! Nearly an hour to get a scoop of meat, beans and rice. These Missourians visiting Las Vegas NM loved this dining experience. Our granddaughter goes to school here and this was her highly recommended choice for lunch!! Be sure to do the 10 or 20 pack as they recommend!! Well worth it!

Food was great! Did a pastor and pineapple bowl, and it was everything I could ask for. Also did the Birria egg rolls and recommend grabbing some of those too. Location is out by the golf course kinda tucked away just follow the gps it will bring you there!
