Had a great experience today at Fusion Tacos. So wonderful to see that a neighborhood restaurant was so good. There’s a good variety of options on the menu. I had a Quesapizza Al pastor that was just great. Their tacos were equally as delicious. Our food was served very quickly and we enjoyed it on the outdoor patio. Overall a very good experience!

The food is usually good as people say, and it’s also unique. I got one complaint at this restaurant in El Dorado. The water tastes terrible. Drinking very cold water from a cold case is not good for anyone although many people do it. I was happy to see that they had a jug of water sitting on the counter for people to get a drink from. Guys please get a water filter. This stuff tastes awful and smells faintly of chlorine.

Really glad that they are now open in Eldorado. We are not exactly taco fans, so it’s great that they offer a quite diverse selection. I’ve never had Birria, therefore I tried their Ramen Birria which came with two Quesabirria. It was very tasty, satisfying and fulfilling. My companion had Cheese Quesadilla and Caesar salad with steak. Both were very nice. The only issue was the plastic fork and knife were just not strong enough for the steak.
The people who worked there were all very warm and friendly. We always appreciate that. Some of the items on their menu seem creative. I’m looking forward to trying them next time.

We went for tacos al pastor with pineapple and some quesadillas with beef. Delicious! Service super friendly. We really enjoyed the food.
Personally I think if they stick to tacos, it would be good, however we didn’t try the bowls etc.

The taco plate taste really good , the meat had great flavor. The quesapizza with trompo meat was 10/10 for me. Being from Texas this place has really great Mexican food for anyone visiting Santa Fe. The pricing was fair and the staff was very professional. Definitely recommend!!!!

Terrible food. It bothered me so much that I am going out of my way to write a review, which is rare for me. I forgot my lunch and I was starving after a very long workday so I ran in there. I got a teriyaki bowl. The person who took my order, didn’t speak English so we had a hard time communicating. I asked for green chili on the side, which they forgot. I was the only person in the restaurant and it still took over 15 minutes to get my order. But the worst part of it was the quality of food. The chicken did not taste or feel like real chicken. I don’t know what it was, but it was absolutely terrible. It was completely drowning in syrup teriyaki sauce. The broccoli and carrots had no flavor. I was upset that I paid $13 for a meal that I had to choke down. I think their quality of ingredients are extremely poor. If I had time, I would’ve went back and got my money back because they didn’t even get my order right and it was the grossest meal. I’ve bought in a long time. It definitely motivated me to make sure to not forget my lunch. I think the people of New Mexico deserve better. Fusion taco is opened up over 12 locations recently. They must’ve gotten a great business loan because I don’t think it’s because of popularity that they’re opening up everywhere.

The food is absolutely delicious at Fusion Tacos. We came in because we were in the area for another business and were hungry. Upon entering, we were greeted immediately and the owner asked if we had been in before then gave us some tips on where to find the proteins for all the dishes.
We ordered a mango fusionata, carne asada french fries, quesapizza, and birria ramen. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious and it all came out so fast!
The space is huge and so cute! If you’re in the area, you need to stop by!!

The staff were great but the food is just bad. We tried our best to finish the meal and barely managed. It didn’t have much flavour. On the plus side, the “fit bowl” was quite clean and lean on calories (though lean on flavour too).

This place is an hour away from our home and I will happily make the drive EVERY time because their crunchy carne asada tacos are absolutely DELICIOUS, the staff at this location are some of the friendliest you’ll find in NM, and we’ve had multiple things on the menu at least 10-15 times by now and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Fusion Tacos Eldorado Team for all that you do.
