We came here pretty late at night and were happy to find the place still open. The food was decent overall—I’m quite picky when it comes to Asian cuisine, so I’d say the taste was just okay for me, not exceptional. One downside was the cleanliness: our table was visibly dirty and wasn’t wiped down until we specifically asked. That took away from the experience a bit.

First time eating here and definitely not the last! The food was quite delicious! Super tasty, garlicky, crispy noodles and fried rice, best we’ve had at any restaurant. Everything we ordered was above anything we expected. The prices are not expensive at all. Very good quality food and huge portions for what you pay. Also a special shout out to our waiter Hung because his customer service is top tier! Super attentive and nice man, very kind. He offered a toy to our toddler so she wouldn’t be bored. The lychee drink was super good as well, we loved it all and will definitely be coming back here! Worth a Special trip!

It’s in a little office/shopping center, parking was actually quite easy for us!

Service was fantastic! They’re very nice and they’re great with suggestions!

Time for food!
Lychee Rose Iced Tea – it’s refreshing, sweet, and overall delicious and you get a whole Lychee at the bottom that you can eat!
Passion Fruit Macchiato – It’s served layered, but once you mix it up it’s a very creamy and refreshing drink! Plus all the passion fruit seeds at the bottom was great!

Spicy Wonton – it’s packed full of flavor and proper portions between the wonton wrappers and filling! It’s so savory and good. If you want more spice, they do have some chili oil for it! But I do highly recommend!
Pad See Eww – it’s a good portion of food! The noodles were a great texture and the beef was nice and soft! It was very flavorful!
Lomo Saltado – Shaken Beef with fries and garlic noodles – the portion was huge! I still have leftovers! But the seasoning was perfect, the steak was cooked to perfection, and Cajun fries are amazing! The noodles were great! (Even better with the sauce!) Overall one of my favorite dishes!

Come try this place out! They’re open until 1am so you can’t go wrong!

Parking: Parking is free. It is fairly easy to find. I visited on a Sunday, and they had a consistent flow of customers.

Environment/Ambiance: Fusion Corner is literally located in the corner of this small plaza. They have a large menu filled with Vietnamese-Thai foods and drinks. As you walk in, you’ll be greeted, asked how many is in your party, then you’ll either wait for a table or be seated immediately if there’s an open table. It’s very spacious inside with a warm, welcoming, and modern ambiance.

Service: Servers are very friendly. They constantly check on you to ensure you are enjoying your food. Kitchen staff is also quick and efficient. We waited under 20 minutes for our food and drinks.

Food & Drinks:

1) Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings – I usually don’t go for lemon pepper, but I heard it was one of their popular appetizers so of course I had to try it. I actually really enjoyed it. They were seasoned very well, wasn’t too salty, and super crunchy. Make sure to dip them in the ranch for more flavor! 10/10

2) Spicy Wontons – These were my absolute favorite appetizers! If you like spicy foods, this is the perfect way to start off. Don’t forget the extra sauce at the bottom. 1000/10

3) Beef Bulgogi Fries – I also tried one of their popular main dishes. It’s a combination of both sweet and savory flavors. It’s similar to a Lomo Saltado dish but with beef bulgogi of course. This was my second favorite dish. 9/10

4) Pho Tai Bo Vien (rare steak, beef balls) – Every time I go to a restaurant that serves Viet food, I must try their pho. Their broth is simmered for 12 hours. You’re able to choose your choice of noodles. Add ons are extra. They only have one size, and I would consider it a large. They’re very generous with the meats, and the broth is delicious. 8/10

5) Signature Milk Tea – If you’re a milk tea person like me, try their signature milk tea. They serve basic milk teas. Not sure if they offer boba. Their signature is regular milk tea topped off sea salt foam. 9/10

6) Lychee Rose Tea – If you need a refresher, try this fruit tea! Not too sweet. You can definitely taste the lychee; not much of a rose taste. But it’s topped with dried rose petals. 9/10

Pricing: Since they serve modern Vietnamese-Thai dishes, prices are $$$ than average. But let’s be honest, what hasn’t gone up in this economy? I’d say the prices are worth it for the amount that you get. Their dishes can be shared between 2 people.

We dined here on 5/31/2025 around 10 pm after reading some good reviews of this place.

Food: Ordered their best seller shaken beef garlic noodles and bun bo hue (BBH). The meats in both dishes were low quality. The shaken beef was tough and over cooked. The broth of the BBH was too sweet (MSG and sugar water).

Atmosphere: The seats at our booth were all beaten up, ripped. Need new seats.

Service: Average service. One thing we observed was that the older gentleman who serviced our table kept wiping his nose with his bare hands, then was touching on everything. It was obvious he did not aware of his action. Also, the other waiter bought water to the table next to us, he had gloves on, but held the water glass at the rim when placing it on the table. This place needs food service 101 training.

We left disappointed and grossed out.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly seated. Staff was super quick and accommodating.

I tried several dishes and they were all superb! The most standout dishes to me were the following:

The Taiwanese popcorn chicken came with a side of sweet and sour sauce, and a small cup of chili powder which you can add to the chicken yourself depending on how spicy you can handle. The chicken was super soft and juicy and is among the best popcorn chicken I’ve ever had!

The bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) was flavorful, rich and satisfying! The soup had a little more kick than I’m used to, but it had a nice beefy flavor, and the meat was tender!

The com tam (broken rice) came with charbroiled pork and egg and was delicious! As with all of their other meat dishes, the pork was cooked to perfection and was moist and tasty! It had a nice char on it to give it that distinctive charbroiled taste.

Lastly, I tried a new menu item of theirs, the sizzling Wagyu beef with egg. This one came with black pepper sauce, however they also have a mushroom sauce option. The beef was thinly sliced and practically melted in my mouth. The black pepper sauce added a nice sweet, savory and peppery touch to it and the accompanying French roll was a nice complement for dipping into the runny egg and meat juices.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend trying this spot if you’re in the Buena Park area!

The Lomo Saltado — A Standout Sensation

Now, the lomo saltado—worthy of five stars in its own right. Imagine tender strips of perfectly seared beef, bathed in a glossy soy‑vinegar blend, alongside sweet‑sharp onions and juicy tomato, all tossed with golden fries and paired with fragrant rice. It’s a beautiful fusion of Peruvian and Asian cooking traditions, delivered with precision and passion. The beef is succulent and flavored deeply; the fries lend playful crunch in every forkful, and the rice rounds it out with comforting familiarity.
