I highly recommend stopping by, the food is fresh and delicious! My husband and I both ordered the “Build Your Own” bowls and they did not disappoint!! This is the first place I’ve seen that offers real shrimp as a protein, most places offer the pre-cooked smaller shrimp, but not this place. I was also offered an Edlerberry/Hibiscus tea, that was freshly brewed and no sugar added, which is perfect for me. The owners wife was hospitable and treated us like we were life long customers despite it being our first time here. I will definitely be supporting their shop again!

The lady serving us was so incredibly sweet and kind. Just being able to chat with her while in store was such a delight. I got to sample delicious tea, and got very helpful recommendations for our bowls. Especially helpful accommodations for vegetarians! Made sure to load me up with some very yummy tofu. And before we left we were gifted some clementines! I love this place so much and felt so welcomed.

Sweet little place in the burbs with really lovely owners. Food is DELICIOUS and always fresh. I have some food restrictions and they seem very careful about cross-contamination and labeling. Dining area is small but very clean and bright.

This was a perfect little lunch spot! The woman behind the counter was so kind and friendly, and it was very sweet that she realized before my husband even said anything that he doesn’t eat meat. She made sure he had extra of other toppings, and made great add in suggestions with what we both got. There is something very special about walking into a place and feeling like your mom is making your lunch. We will definitely be back!

I LOVE this place. The owners are SUPER nice and welcoming. I chose a bowl with sushi rice as my base (rice with rice vinegar) with 2 proteins (judge your mother!) and many ingredients! I was able to sit and talk to the owners while enjoying my bowl. I will be back and you should stop in and enjoy a bowl and some elderberry hibiscus tea!

This is one of my favorite places to go when I want to treat myself. They have amazing food – I always do a build your own bowl and every single time it comes out delicious. They also have a good drink selection (soda, water, ramune, etc). the workers there are awesome and very nice. The last time I went in, the woman working recognized me, even though it’s been a little while since I’ve been there. the inside of the building is nice and it’s always clean. only during one of my visits have I seen other customers there so I definitely think that more people should go and check out fusion bowl!

First time customer, just stopped in after looking at how good the bowls looked in the reviews….10/10!! The Johnny Utah bowl is delicious and fresh. The owner also recommended their new-to-menu shrimp tempura and it was super crispy and tasty!

Loved this place! I was nervous to try poke for the first time as I just started liking sushi and raw tuna. This was soooo good! The sauces were great. The topping options are good and they give a good amount of protein! I thought the bowl was small until I got halfway through and was already full! They even gave me a free sample of the hibiscus tea they make in house. So nice and pleasant!
