First time here, ordered a tomato tortilla burrito wrap and a tofu sandwich at 5pm. Transaction number 725574. The food took 35 minutes to get to me. I ended up receiving a spinach wrap for some reason instead of tomato. A different cashier offered to have them remake it but I’d rather not be there for an hour. Will also mention it was super hot in the building and their weird ac unit on the floor wasn’t working properly.

Food is great from what I’ve tried, sometimes the wait can take a while. Service is hit or miss, but usually good. The menu set up is kind of confusing, but the boba drinks and the burrito wraps are my go to!

The service was pretty quick. I got the passion fruit green tea and it’s perfect. I also ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl, and it tastes like fresh, quality meat, and the volume was a lot for the price. They have a pretty wide selection of both food and drinks – you could easily get lunch here. I recommend this place if you’re in the area!

The boba here is amazing! This place has been my go to place for years but lately there customer service is not great. I called and order ahead for a drink I have to wait extra 30 minutes. I understand waiting for drinks to be made in 10-15 minutes but having to wait 30-40 minutes is a little to long ESPICALLY since i called in advance. Hopefully they will step up there customer service if they don’t there gonna loose clients because no one wants to wait 30 minutes for a drink.

Ordered Spring rolls ( food was coming out the sides) chicken rice plate ( had to change to noodles cause they were out of rice), popcorn shrimp (turned out soggy), a chicken burritos (super soggy and moist I picked out the chicken) and two boba drinks. We waited over half an hour for after already waiting 15 min. It’s going to be a while before we come here again. The first two times we ate here it was ok.

The quality of the boba here is top notch. Most places don’t separate the flavor from the sweetener. This means that it’s usually not fresh and also that if you want it less sweet, that it is just less flavorful. Trying it for the first time I ordered raspberry black tea with tapioca, only 25% sweet. It is just the right amount of sweetness and also Chuck full of lots of pulpy raspberry. The tapioca is awesome. Just right. I will be back and I definitely recommend.
