I’ve been eating Pho for over 40 years. I always get the special bowl which has all the different cuts of meat with meatballs, tripe and tendon. I got the large which was $3 more than the regular. Not much meat but the broth was really, really good. I didn’t really care for the meatballs, although I ate everything, because they had a strange taste. The noodles seemed to be more thin than what I am used to. Tendon was incredibly soft, which is a good thing.
I ate everything and am stuffed.
The menu is huge! I didn’t take pictures of everything because I was hungry! Ver large selection.
I would have given 5 stars if there was more meat but I have found, recently, that many restaurants that I have been going to, are cutting back on the quantity and increasing the price. Whether that is because of new taxes in the state or tariffs or just the price of things. To me, this is not as good as UP Pho and Teriyaki’s Pho but maybe that has also changed in the last 6 months.
The waitress was incredible, as was the owner. Fusion is a really cool place to eat. I will probably be back. However, the price for a bowl of noodles with a little bit of meat makes it hard to “swallow”, so to speak.
Great portions for price!!
The waitress was so nice and we even were given a complementary fried banana for dessert as a promo!!
We met up for my mother’s birthday lunch today. I picked this spot because its in a good location, right next to one of my favorite shops (mystic sanctuary), and was a newly opened place.
We were offered beverages upon sitting down, she recommended tea so that’s what we all had. Unfortunately the tea came rather cold because the cups and pots were probably cold from the atmosphere. I’d recommend charging them with hot water before brewing the tea in them.
I got the oxtail pho, it was delicious. The ox was tender and the broth was perfect, no need to add anything else. The bowls came with the traditional bean sprouts, lime and jalapenos, which were all very fresh.
Two others got the Pho Ga (chicken) they said it was good and my partner got the Grilled Shrimp Noodle Bowl. The shrimp looks a little over cooked but she ate the whole thing so it must have been good! All in all, other than it being really cold and we were the only ones in there, I would come back. I would even order the same thing.
There is something for everyone!
I love their food and I am trying to order all their dishes. And omg try their Vietnamese Coffee! It’s amazing!
Come check this place out!!!
We ordered chicken pho, meatball and rare steak pho, and chicken fried rice. They gave us a lovely surprise of fried bananas as well. Everything was flavorful and fresh! There were so many veggies in my chicken pho. All warm and crunchy. We are so going back again. There is a lot to choose from on their menu and we are curious about the rest now!
I’d take a picture of my meal but I already ate it all
