The food at this restaurant is quite good. We tried the Chicken Curry Pasta and Chicken Tandoori Pizza, both of which were flavorful and well-prepared. The lassi was refreshing, and the dhahi bhalla was enjoyable, though slightly sweeter than expected.
However, the wait time was quite long — we received our pizza after 45 minutes, which affected the overall dining experience. Despite this, the quality and taste of the dishes were satisfying.

Very good flavor in the Chicken Tikka Masala. I ordered it as mild spicy and it was perfect. The only thing that could be better would be less oil/grease because it pooled up. I also had the garlic Naan, which was good but could be improved with a little salt to bring out the garlic flavor. I ordered this to go, which was good because there is way more than enough for one person. I cooked up more rice at home to make more servings with the chicken and sauce. Great price and wait time.

The medium combination pizza was OK but it could be better with a reduced saltiness for me. First the onions, cut in small pieces, were overwhelmed and were layered on top of sauce or maybe mixed with it. I would just slice them and put them as one of the top layers. Even the green peppers were cut in small pieces. I would want a toasty taste of the onion and green pepper. The crust was airy. The sauce was good. Next time when I order, I’ll ask them to reduce salt and onion and more crispiness.

Best Indian pizza I’ve had so far. Came in after lunch hours and place was empty, so I had my skepticism. However the food came out fast and super fresh. Would highly recommend to first timers. Not over seasoned and has an excellent aroma.

I ordered Tandoori Chicken and Aloo Tikki Chaat. The Aloo Tikki Chaat tasted stale, as if it had been sitting around for days—definitely not fresh, and possibly a week old. The Tandoori Chicken was overcooked, dry, and coated with artificial coloring, leaving it with a burnt, unpleasant taste.
I had requested to dine in, but my order was packed to-go instead. While they used compostable boxes, each was wrapped with two layers of plastic film, which completely defeated the purpose. This showed a lack of care and awareness in their approach.
To make matters worse, the prices are far too high for what they offer. They charge fine dining rates, yet it is a self-service restaurant with food and service quality well below expectations.
Overall, the food was disappointing, the service was lacking, and the value was not there. I would not recommend this place.

Delicious fusion food. We came to this place based on the reviews and so glad we came. The chef Jaggi prepared Amritsari kulcha for us and it was one of the best we had in a long time. The desi paneer pizza was delicious.

This place has THE BEST butter chicken and garlic naan I’ve ever had. It’s so delicious I was honestly flabbergasted and I went back a second time just to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. Well I can confidently say Fusion Bistro is really that good! Their butter chicken has the perfect blend of spice and flavor, the garlic naan is generously slathered in ghee and garlic. Staff is amazing and prices are reasonable too. This restaurant is so legit!!!
