First time visit. Happy to see a few Indian dishes started in the menu and looking forward to what’s to come. This team is new, friendly, and I’m happy to see them investing in the area. Who knew margaritas paired well with Indian? If you’re cilantro sensitive, make sure to ask if it’s served in your dish (it’s not listed on the garlic naan for example).

My wife who has eaten Indian food for 25 years commented they have excellent fóod. I had drinks and nibbles on her meal. We recently signed at a Indian restaurant in Edwardsville and Fusion food was hands down better. I was told are still adding Mexican food their menu. I recommend giving them a try.

It’s finally open!! Nice and clean inside! Lots of seating. Went there today and tried a couple of dishes. The Mexican Burger and the Chorizo Street Tacos. Delicious! Good fair price also!

Delicious Indian food made fresh to order. The Samosa was the best I ever had. Shared a Saag Paneer & Chicken Tandoori with my wife. Then came the Mango Lassi, which were thick & tasty. After I paid my bill, the waiter brought complementary Cardamom deserts to us… what I call Indian Donut Holes. Yum! We will recommend Fusion to our friends. Nice adults-only place with plenty of TVs.

Great Indian menu at an affordable meal price. The food was amazing and the folks running the place were super sweet and attentive. Complimentary papad makes them a real winner! They let me sample a dish not on the menu called upma and it was comfort food for sure! Loved the experience.
