Chef Jared is top notch! The duck was cooked to perfection! The beet dip was unique and fabulous! The bruschetta was the best I’ve ever had. The bread was warm but not so crispy it tears up your mouth! Overall, it was a great way to celebrate our anniversary.

Such a refreshing spin on classy dining! Fusion is the perfect name. Classic dinner options with a tweak. We enjoyed the duck flatbread and the Roast. Both were cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful. The roast just fell apart. Our server was incredible, covering his tables like a pro and relating to his guests. We look forward to our next visit.

I’m new to Peoria and was so excited when i came across this hidden gem! I got the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, the snapper as my entree, and the chicken curry for my daughter. All 3 were 10/10. My boyfriend got the brisket and potatoes and he said it was a 8/10. The owner was super sweet we will be back!

Peoria needs to know how good Fusion 45 is. We had a quick dinner(only entrees/dessert) and we had nothing but praise for the food!! Everything was cooked & seasoned perfectly, and the flavor was incredible! I’m from out of town, but I’ll definitely be back upon my return. Cheers to the Fusion 45 team.

Here for our 42nd anniversary. The bruschetta was excellent. My husband had Pork Medallions with a salad & brussel sprouts. Pork was tender & delicious, Brussels sprouts were fabulous. I had Chicken Piccata & would definitely have it again. Pasta was made in house & reminded me of Pici in Italy last fall. We’ll definitely return & bring friends.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal, great service and a beautiful atmosphere. The Executive Chef even came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking and spent time telling us about the “fusion” menu. An awesome experience all around!

Our meals were delicious. Jared is preparing the best meals. The lamb lollipops, salmon and the vegetable risotto is the best. One of our favorites. If you haven’t tried you should !

This place is a gem! The prices ate affordable and the food…DELICIOUS! Better than Saffron Social and better service! The owners cam to our table to meet us and Roxanna is delightful! We were very excited to try this restaurant during a visit to the area. We made reservations far in advance, and received a call one week before our visit to be told they were canceling our reservation in favor of someone who had bought out the restaurant. We were left without an option to reschedule or without an apology from the restaurant for the change in plans. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to the experience with a larger party.
