I’ve been here a few times and so far every meal I’ve had has been amazing! I’ve done both the hibachi and the regular restaurant side and both were great. The hibachi chef was entertaining and funny, and the waiters and waitresses are very nice. The food is incredible! There’s tons of seating so there’s rarely a wait. This has quickly become one of my favorite local restaurants.

Just stopped by for the first time for lunch to get 3 rolls. California, Boston, and spicy crunchy tuna. All 3 were delicious!! And if all 3 basic rolls were good, than I know other items will be just as great if not better. Can’t wait to go back!

We have been here a few times and normally it’s a great experience. We haven’t been in a few years and now the place seems understaffed and under prepared for the large parties they are accepting at the hibachi tables. We were a table of 10 with a 6:30 reservation. First when we were checking in with the hostess they kept asking if everyone was going to show up, explaining that they had limited chairs for the table and if we had 9 people that would be better…weird. Once at the table, we waited 45 minutes before our drink order was taken then at the hour mark we were asked to move to a different table because a bigger party was coming. We moved and were severed our drinks and they informed us we wouldn’t we waiting much longer for the hibachi. The hibachi didn’t start until around 8:00. Our reservation was at 6:30…. We did mention to our server that we had been waiting a while and they comped some edamame. Not sure if the chef was impaired, overwhelmed, overworked, new, or just didn’t care but was unable to provide quality food and entertainment. He threw his utensils multiple times into the plates, he cracked every egg, was unable to manage the food leaving the raw chicken, shrimp and beef in piles on the griddle and was unable to manage the different timings of the proteins ultimately severing some raw pieces. He mixed up who got what order while serving and left a huge mess all over the table as he brought the food to your plate wasting the food. As soon as the chef was finished, the server asked us if we were finished eating if we wanted to go boxes. Mind you we also had a birthday and had cupcakes in the back. As we waited for the box of cupcakes they were giving us boxes as if to rush us out. Not sure if this was an off night but after this experience we would not recommend to go for hibachi here.

We went on a Friday night and it was packed. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Service was ok, they never came to check on us after the food came. Never asked us if we wanted another drink from the bar. But the food was excellent! Very fresh and delicious. Definitely would come back for the food

I’ve been to Fusion 25 twice already this year. In May my family and I dined there and had steak and seafood Hibachi, the kids enjoyed watching the show before the meal. It was a bit salty but overall good, so it’s important to remind the chef to go easy on soy sauce. Today I ordered takeout sashimi platter, spicy roll combo and vegetable roll combo. All ingredients were fresh and delicious.

Ordered sushi to go. I ordered the Yellowtail jalapeño roll, which was good. Also ordered the spicy shrimp mango roll. It was delicious! This was my first time trying this kind of roll. Never had fruit in a roll before, so I was a bit hesitant. But it was one of the best rolls I’ve ever had! The restaurant is really nice. The young woman in the front was so kind. I’m definitely coming back to have a sit-down experience.

The rolls were really fresh, so was the sushi. And we got some dessert. Nice and quiet because we went at odd hours. Good fresh food and nice people. – update, we have visited this place several times now and it is exceptional each time. The rolls are so good!

first time here after moving to the area. the place was nice and clean. the staff was very friendly. the food was fresh and at great prices. i had a pina colada, gyoza with a side salad and the salmon avocado roll/eel roll. will definitely be going back!

Chicken was chewy- inedible. Informed sever and did nothing about it. One entree was for my child who also spit it out. Barely ate a thing. Drinks were good and the edamame.

Somehow my review got erased after the first time. So I have to rewrite it.
Thus I went from 2 stars to 1 star now.
Short part first:
Seated promptly in an loud bar.
People seated next to us instead of spacing them out
The food appetizers and main course all came out within 1 minute of each other
The sesame chicken and general tso chicken tasted exactly the same
Waitress was no where to be found from after order was taken till we were half done with meals
Details:
The chicken dishes for Both were apparantly cooked in the same sauce but apparently the sesame chicken is more expensive because of the seeds on it.
Everything was burning hot. Not warm but burnt our mouths so appetizers came out we couldn’t even eat them and the main course came out and we had to wait for everything to cool so we ate main courses first and then that time appetizers were cold
The chicken was burnt and rubbery and I wanted to complain but the waitress was no where to be found so I ate my white rice, the only edible thing served and then paid and left.
Find somewhere else to eat
Also after closely looking at the sushi selection I would in my strong opinion steer clear of it.
I am an avid sushi eater and eat a lot of sushi but the selection and condition did not look positive
