The tacos were bomb as always!! Unfortunately its not just about food that makes a new restaurant great. customer service is a big factor to keeping a business and that’s with any business. My family and I dined in and Im aware they just opened so I’m not looking for any small mistakes they make. A new business is a work in progress, but I wish i was greeted with smiles or enthusiasm. No one came to check on us to make sure the food was good or if we needed anything like napkins or anymore drinks. I had to get up. It wasnt what I expected. Honestly wasnt sure if we even had a waitress. It was quiet in there. It would of been nice to have some music or background noise. The decor was cute. Its only up from here and wish the business success.

I had a terrible experience at Fusion due to their poor customer service. From the moment we walked in, it felt like the staff didn’t care about providing a welcoming atmosphere. The server was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to take our order. The overall lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. It’s unfortunate because the food was decent, but the terrible customer service completely ruined our experience. I won’t be returning to Fusion and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. They need to seriously improve their customer service if they want to keep customers coming back.
