Best sushi spot around . Staff super friendly . Clean store. EDIT- forgot to mention. I’ve came here for years well before Jimmy was the manager, and I can’t say enough about his customer service. I love Fusian Sushi Kenwood. I’ve been coming here for over a decade- and know pretty much the staff, management, etc. It’s always a welcoming experience every single time I walk in, with prompt service and friendly banter. It’s a clean environment, and dine in ready, as well! Outside tables, and indoor tables with low tops and high tops available. The idea of making your own sushi rolls with great ingredients is genius! It’s quick, and a great idea for parties, events, weddings, etc.

The sushi is FANTADTIC! And the crew, especially Cohen, are so kind and accommodating in making each roll special! The surprise was the Mango drink! It was so light cool and refreshing! A perfect compliment to the sushi and a perfect way to end the meal!

Came in to try this place because the reviews said they were allergy friendly… had a few people ahead of me so I watched how they made everything. Let’s just say I’m super surprised they haven’t had someone get sick off of all the cross contamination I saw just in the first transaction. I waved it off and proceeded to ask if they had vegan gf options and if they could accommodate my allergies. They said yes and so I thought they would change their gloves swap some things out or something. Nope, nothing at all. Even after putting their hands on uncooked fish then reaching into the veggies with the same contaminated hand… no thank you. I don’t even think they realize that what they are doing is wrong because I asked if they could swap some things out and change gloves… They said for what!? If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions stay far far away from this place.

Love that FUSIAN has healthy food, it’s easy to customize, and they are allergy friendly! One of my favorite healthy fast food places. The drinks are so yummy too.
I don’t like that they updated the app and reduced side choices, so now I have to order in store and can’t order ahead.
