I always the best customer service from them, and their food is always presentable, fresh and packaged neatly, portion sizes are exceptionally big compared to other sushi spots with super small rolls. You really get your money’s worth i recommend highly.

I forever have a positive experience at this FUSIAN location. The staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful. There was a time I happily waited 5 minutes for them to get caught up on mobile orders, and the manager (or shift lead) comped my entire meal for waiting. This was not necessary, but they insisted. The location is very convenient, and it’s a plus that the building is open to Ray Rays! You get the best of both worlds.

The staff are always friendly and have even called me when my mobile order looked off. One time I accidentally ordered just a roll of rice and seaweed and they called to confirm that was the intended order. As it was my mistake I really appreciated them taking the time to help me correct my order.

I ordered three rolls to take back home, several hours from Columbus. They prepared the rolls and added my topping separately with not a single complaint and a smile on their faces. They were happy to help and made the whole experience very positive! We love Fusion!

I love this location. The staff is incredible and for over two years I’ve been ordering diet specific meals that require them to make my order separately, and every time they gladly accommodate us (both delivery and in person) which is so incredibly appreciated!

This is a pretty decent location. For the most part the food is good and I usually get what I ordered on my sushi roll. The staff is friendly.
On the other hand, the lemonade is a waste of money. You’re paying almost $4 for slightly fruit flavored WATER. It’s very bland and tasteless.
Other than that, the spot is very cute with big windows and it’s right next to a pizza spot.

This place is amazing! The staff was super friendly and sweet! They even offered me and my partner complimentary soup! It was so good we even came back that same day.. (don’t judge lol) sushi was the bomb and the staff hook ya girl up with the ginger!! Girls gotta have her Ginger!!
