We’re FUSHIMI Grill & Modern Buffet and we’re a Buffet restaurant in Jacksonville, FL. We offer lunch and dinner, Chinese food, American Food, Pho, sushi, fresh seafood, ramen, dessert, dine-in, karaoke, and much more. The place is so nice and relaxing. I took my 2 kids there we spent 72 bucks and it was just good. This is our go to for a modern buffet and chiense food. They also have king crab legs which is my favorite. The butter is non salted and crab legs aren’t seasoned they were a bit cold but still good.

We so enjoyed the lunch buffet. The price was $13.95 for adults. It had a nice variety on all of the buffets.
Meats, main entrees, veggies, soups, sides, desserts, salads, fruits, ice cream cups… and so much more. Sushi was being freshly made.
They kept the buffet serviced well- refilling regularly.
Hibachi grill available next to sushi station.
Family friendly. Quick to be seated and plates are available at each buffet.
There was a bar – not sure the fullness of the service because we didn’t order drinks.

My husband and I were eager to visit this restaurant after being influenced by numerous TikTok reviews that raved about its unlimited crab legs. However, upon arrival, we were taken aback by a sign indicating that the buffet was priced at $22.99, and the crab legs were an additional $15 per pound. This was our first indication that things might not be as advertised. The ambiance was starkly different from what the influencers had portrayed in their videos; instead of a cozy, inviting setting, it was bright, spacious, and resembled a warehouse. The quality of the food was disappointing as well—it was dry and lacked flavor. Additionally, the teriyaki from the hibachi bar had an unexpected sour taste. To make matters worse, the staff was inattentive, as they only refilled one food item during our visit, and even then, it was only after I specifically requested it. In conclusion, this establishment did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.

I usually have no problems with buffets, but this one charges 12 on weekdays before 4 and then 25 a person after 4 and on weekends. This would be no problem if they had it listed anywhere in the restaurant. They don’t even tell you. They just put the check down after you eat and expect you to know how much it is. Not to mention the food was cold, but that’s normal for a buffet. My main point is, if you’re going to change the prices based on the time, let people know

I use to go very often to this places food is good and price for quality of food are good. But today I want it was around 6pm the place was 20% capacity it looks empty they make us wait . It understandable if the restaurant Is full but like today is not aceptable. I hope you guys make it better in service next time .

We came for the AYCE crab legs and they did not disappoint. Sometimes it’s based on timing tho – if you catch right when they change it out and it’s hot and fresh, it’s great. They do a pretty good job keeping it refilled. Oysters and shrimp also good. I don’t eat sushi but my brother does and says the sushi isn’t good, tastes bland and rice like dishwater. We really don’t eat anything else there. But we get our moneys worth from the crab legs alone!
The service was great – waitress constantly checked on us and cleared out our plates often.
