Went during Saturday lunch time to the dining room, which was empty as most people were sitting outside, but we wanted some AC after a long walk around Lowell. Had the Chef Burger medium well (with the egg on it) and side salad/greens with balsamic vinaigrette. The burger was amazing! Even the salad was really good. My party has the Spicy Burg we r with sweet potato fries. I tried the fries and they were very good also. Will go again.

When we walked in there were locals at the bar, but the dining room was empty. While this was cause for concern, we stayed and we were glad we did.

They have great food but they can do better keeping the place clean. Tables are not cleared after customers leave. The tables outside on the patio are not clean. If you look between the lines you’ll find food particles stuck on them and it looks gross .

Gem in downtown Lowell. Waitress was super attentive and kind. We sat outside in the beautiful weather. Had delicious “crunch” burger and Korean burger. Everything was tasty and tender. Had a Guinness too. They have some draft beers and cocktails as well. Affordable too compared to so many other restaurants. Quaint and has a “everybody knows your name” feel . Worth it.

DELICIOUS! Nice environment, good live jazz music, clean and friendly! For appetizer we got general Tso’s Brussels sprouts, for entree I got pasta special and my friends got Korean BBQ chicken tenders, and grilled steak tips which ALL of the plates were delicious, we all loved our food! and for drinks we got the blackberry sangria! I highly recommend! 10 stars review if I could!

Fuse Bistro has style and delicious food at a reasonable price. On nice days, when warm enough, it is fun to dine outside, al fresco. The cobblestone street, trees, brick firehouse architecture and side street setting add to the culinary experience. One of the great bargains is the Crunch Burger, especially with the Mixed Greens salad. Perfection!

Came here for Sunday brunch. My mocktail was a little bitter, but nothing I couldn’t deal with. Service was super slow despite them being mostly empty. My partners eggs were greasy, and his pancakes were the blandest pancakes I’ve ever had.

I can’t say enough about this place. The overall vibe from both staff and the regulars is warm and welcome. The food is is quite good and, with the seasonal menu, there’s enough to keep your interest. The drink menu isn’t spectacular but it will more than meet your needs.
