Definitely a hidden treasure! Super clean quick-service spot. Their steak tip dinner was absolutely amazing – both the flavor and the presentation. I believe it’s under new ownership, and you can tell they care. The bartender (wish I remembered her name) was awesome, and the drinks were just as impressive. Very friendly atmosphere all around!

I had this place on my “try this restaurant sometime” list and while I was in the area today, stopped in for lunch. There’s paid street parking, but we didn’t have a problem finding a spot. The whole place had a cozy vibe to it, so I was already feeling good about my choice – also shout out to the lovely woman who was running the whole front of house on her own (sorry I didn’t catch your name!).

I ordered the Teriyaki Rice Bowl with Chicken and my partner wanted the Korean Steak and Cheese but they were sold out because it was so popular so he got the House Burger instead. The presentation on everything was beautiful and a fairly large portion size. Plus, more importantly, the food was delicious!! It came out from the kitchen piping hot and perfectly made – they nailed cooking the burger to medium rare which some places have a hard time with. I took half of my large rice bowl home so I could eat it for dinner later today, and so I could have room for dessert. I don’t have dessert pictures (oops) but we both ordered the daily special of a chocolate chip cookie sundae. The cookies were a little more crunchy than I was expecting, but the entire dessert was incredible and everything tasted (and was) scratch made.

I would totally recommend this place! And I would love to come back here sometime soon to try out their dinner menu.
And they get bonus points because we shared our food pictures with my mom back home in Canada and she was super envious

Quaint place with nice outdoor seating in the shade. Waitress was personable and was helpful. There are a good amount of drink options. Ordered a margarita an it was delish. Food menu was mainly burgers with nice lunch specials. I had a half salad for an app and a burger with fried jalapeños served with fries as my main dish. The burger could’ve used a but more flavor or zest but the dips helped. The salad was good. Was a great lowkey spot to enjoy the weather.

When we walked in there were locals at the bar, but the dining room was empty. While this was cause for concern, we stayed and we were glad we did.

My girlfriend loved her steak and cheese style sandwich. I’d come back for just the sweet potato fries alone. I ordered the tuna tacos and was disappointed, especially since it read so damn good on the menu. All the toppings didn’t marry into anything flavorful and the tuna itself was lost under all of it.

It’s pricier than it should be and while I’d be willing to try something else from here, it’ll be awhile before we return for this reason.

A small intimate bistro. The service was excellent. I ate the braised short rib risotto, a special they offered. The risotto was cooked perfectly. The short rib meat was shreeded and blended in nicely with the risotto. It was a decent amount of meat. Maybe it could have used a bit more meat, but still, it was great. We also had the vegan burger, which was actually really good. Im not vegan, and I was impressed. It had a char grill type of flavor and seasoned well. The presentation of the burger was interesting. It had a perfect round shape. We both got the chocolate martini, which was delicious with the right amount of foam on top. We also had a beer and a glass of wine. The atmosphere was laid back, nice vibe, and not loud at all. I definitely recommend this place. My first time in Lowell, I was very pleased.

Fuse Bistro has style and delicious food at a reasonable price. On nice days, when warm enough, it is fun to dine outside, al fresco. The cobblestone street, trees, brick firehouse architecture and side street setting add to the culinary experience. One of the great bargains is the Crunch Burger, especially with the Mixed Greens salad. Perfection!

First time here with a group of educators to see a show at the Lowell Memorial auditorium. This restaurant is walking distance from the auditorium and is in a beautiful part of restored downtown Lowell. Our server was fun. I would have liked more staff on board on nights there is a performance because the restaurant filled up with guests and it took about 1.5 hours to finish our meal. However, they do make THE BEST WINGS I’ve had. Meaty, moist, and perfectly crispy.
