I’m giving Furca four stars for a very enjoyable dining experience. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, which immediately set a welcoming tone for the evening. The steak was outstanding, easily one of the best I’ve had, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The mushroom tomato rice was a true standout and an absolute must try when visiting.
The shrimp, while well prepared, was fairly average compared to the other dishes. The smashed potatoes were slightly under seasoned and lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting.
Although the pricing leans toward the higher side, the overall experience was still refined and satisfying. I would certainly return, particularly for the steak and the attentive service.

This place is extremely good! Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the decorations, the service, the live music…
I wanted to celebrate a special occasion with my business partners so I invited them here because I had heard of this place multiple times but never got the chance to come. I’m happy I chose this place, the food is INCREDIBLE! starting with the presentation, which is phenomenal, with every small detail carefully planned. And then the food is a different level, the meat cooked to perfection, the bread, desserts, cocktails… I’m salivating just by writing this review.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Can’t wait to go back, it’s worth every penny.

This restaurant was a true experience from beginning to end. Let’s start with the service. From the moment we arrived the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to give us a full rundown of the menu. We were even offered a tour of their garden where they grow their own spices and peppers. The design of the restaurant was very unique as well. It showcases live mushrooms growing, fresh meat curing all behind glass so you can see it. The food was excellent! We had the raw fish plate as a starter and it was perfectly done. Lots of flavor and very fresh fish! The steak was great and cooked perfectly.
All around a amazing experience from ambience to food to service. Highly recommended if you are looking not just for food but a true culinary experience!

really nice, classy and fine dining steakhouse, the presentation of the dishes and drinks is top notch and the flavors of the majority of entreees and appetizers we tried, were absolutely amazing. their mashed potatoes in both truffled and regular versions are a must try , and then you have a variety of cuts of meat that you can choose from that is worth the visit.

Furca is the restaurant that you go to for a special business dinner or to impress friends and family. You would assume service would be on par with the quality of the food. However this time, the waiter actually accused my date of lying about a wrong side dish and that he will speak to his manager to sort it out. Seriously? Make an issue over side dish? After I had ordered a $270 bottle of wine? My last point isn’t about entitlement rather I could have easily ordered another side dish and I have no need to make an excuse to correct the order. Setting aside the waiter, the food was very good, ambiance was relaxed-upscale, over-priced but appropriately priced if service was up to the task.

We were recommended here by the Concierge at our hotel and it was worth it! We were celebrating our anniversary and our server took really good care of us. One thing we noticed is that compared with restaurants in the U.S. here they actually time your meals rather than bringing them as the come out of the kitchen. We were able to enjoy everything without being rushed to the next course. The breadbox was delicious. We had the Marinated Salmon and it was to die for!! We had skirt steak and it melted in your mouth and perfectly seasoned. We had the Fig Fashioned, their version of an old fashioned and was served with cheese..” WTH!” But trust me.. it will change your life!!! If you’re looking for a nice evening dinner this is the place… a bit too loud to hold a nice conversation but food is delicious.

Smoke and mirrors. The restaurant was super beautiful, all the food was mediocre. Have had better food from street vendors that understand flavor and balance better than this smoke show restaurant. Don’t get the short ribs, everyone agreed the sauce was weird tasting, too sweet , and the meat was pure fat. Go back to cooking class furca

Came recommend it. Didn’t make a booking . Was greeted by very polite staff. Mario, great waiter/ server. Incredible food. 10 out of 10 for style, quality, menu, immaculate. Can’t fault this place. One of the nicest restaurants I’ve been for a very long time.
