The sweetest owners. Huge portions. Good prices. Fresh seafood. Cute outdoor dining area. They bring the food right to where you’re waiting and include all the utensils and sauce already. One onigiri is enough for a whole meal! It is a large portion and only for a few bucks. One poke bowl can easily feed two. This is a wonderful stop in Mt. Dora! Now, in full disclosure, I do have to say that I’m only able to give this information… Second hand. But recently, while listening to one of my favorite podcasts by Sunday Cool, you should check out their merchandise. It’s pretty sweet!
Anyways… I was listening to their podcast, Are and they just could not stop raving about these poke bowls.
“It Slapped.” That’s an unheard of review from the crew, and they talk food.
In fact, my parents have a condo, close enough to this place, so next time I’m out there, I’m obviously making the trip. Once I do I will update my review with own actual real life opinions and some photos of the awesomeness I’m served.
The biodigital convergence is real. Make sure you get out here and check out FUNKO before all our tastes buds are replaced with tasting sensors, yes those are also a thing. God bless anyone who made it this far, because that means the Lord gave you patience, at the very least.

If sushi and sunshine had a love child, it would be this place. Walking into FUNKO Poke bowls felt like finding a unicorn in a cornfield — somehow magical, slightly bewildering, and absolutely life-changing. Every scoop of fish was so incredibly fresh, I was convinced it had just finished its morning jog in the ocean. The portions were so generous that even my future self thanked me.
The service? So sweet they could bottle it and sell it as dessert (but please don’t — there’s poke that needs eating). I noticed one reviewer even said the staff chased them down courtyard-style with extra salmon like a foodie rom-com plot twist.
Customizing your own bowl here feels like cosplaying sorcerer Mickey from Fantasia. Whether you want “Classic Hawaiian” or “Funko Fire” (aka spicy enough to wake up your ancestors), it hits every note — flavor, freshness, and the part of your brain that screams MORE, PLEASE.
Bottom line: If this poke was any better, it would make the seafood jealous. I came for lunch, stayed for the vibes, and left fully convinced I just had the best meal in Central Florida.

I’ve been to many poke bowl places and this one is definitely top notch. It’s also very affordable. $13.50 for a poke bowl with all the fixings is not a bad deal.

Visited for business. Had to stop in and try the food here. Ninjas are butterflies youtube channel boasted how amazing they were. This is the spot for some delicious poke bowls. The staff are so sweet and kind. They offered different types of bowls. I highly recommend this spot if you love poke bowls. And if you don’t try something new!!!
