The pizza crust was crispy on the bottom and soft under the toppings.
The toppings were plentiful.
The customer service was friendly and overall amazing.

Honest Reviews
Went an hour before close and they still had great service and helpful. The pizza was so good and burgers were not bad also. Fries are very good. My son destroyed 4 tacos. The men’s bathroom is very old school with a urine tray for multiple people to unconditionally pee into. Think it gives the restroom that great pee smell.

We would have dined in if we ever got our pizza. Our family gets together to celebrate all the January birthdays. There were between 15-20 of us and arrived right around 1:00. Every separate family placed their orders. We all visited and one at a time each family received their order. My husband went to check on our large 1/2 combo, 1/2 Hawaiin. The girl told him it would be another 10 minutes. The rest of the family was into the cupcakes and ice cream and we still hadn’t received our pizza. I went up to check on the pizza and it still wasn’t ready. I asked what could they do for us. The answer was either wait some more or get a refund. I said we came here hungry and would wait but could they issue a gift certificate. The girl said “we don’t do that” it’s either wait or get a refund. Pretty lousy customer service for them overlooking an order. A.) they’ve raised prices. B.) family that did receive their order complained about skimpy toppings C.) it was OUR tough luck because the kitchen didn’t make our pizza in order received. D.) I won’t even use the restroom here. It’s nasty.
We received a refund right as our pizza came out of the oven 1 hour and 10 minutes after it was ordered and our party was breaking up.
In no universe is that customer service it is just take it or leave it. Thanks but no thanks Fun House. We’re done.

Fun House pizza is just that, FUN. Arcade games, cool decor, neon signs. The single benches instead of chairs is cool too. The pizza is okay the crust is like crispy and also soft which is cool but I mean not my favorite pizza. My daddy wouldn’t let me play any of the arcade games so I’m not sure how good those are or if they seal your quarters or not but maybe next time. While we were there there was the class of 72 from Truman high School was having their class reunion at lunch time so it was super loud in there but it was still a cool place. We tried to get one of the classes 72 women to be our grandma because both of ours are dead but no luck this time.

I hate writing this because the pizza is always great, but the service tonight was not. I went in to pick up my order with a printed coupon, forgot to mention it before swiping my card, and immediately told the cashier. She said the transaction could not be reversed. I questioned that, she asked several coworkers and the owner who were all standing there, and they all backed it up. The owner claimed it was a third party system and completely out of his hands, which simply is not true.
I take pride in being honest with my own customers, so watching someone lie just to save 15 percent on two pizzas was disappointing. If he had simply said they would not void the transaction, I would have accepted that. The lie is what stings. An honest explanation and apology will remove this review, and regardless I will still be back.

Been going here since I was a little girl with my parents so its been over 50 years. Always loved the pizza and the memories the Fun House holds for me but me and my husband went a few weeks ago and the place was not busy at all and the girl that took our order was as sweet as could be. It had taken awhile for our pizza and we did order mushrooms which I noticed were way done before our pizza. Mushrooms were tiny and only a handful and pricy! We noticed a few of the workers were having a discussion but couldn’t hear anything of what they were saying but thought it was about our pizza since they were standing over it. When we finally got our pizza and got it home (should have looked before we left) it was over cooked and bland tasting. I don’t think they put italian sausage on ours and guessing it was hamburger instead. It was a real big disappointment knowing what the Fun House used to be like and sadly we probably won’t be back. I would have gave it a 1 but gave it a 2 because it still looks pretty much like it used to and the girl that took our order was very nice but the pizza certainly does not taste the same.

Me and my boyfriend started coming to this location on a fairly regular basis for great pizza and pin ball. We hadn’t been in in a while and decided to come on NYE we did expect them to be busy but we dont mind because we normally have a few drinks and play pin ball. We’ll tonight, the older lady with Grey hair amd glasses behind the counter, (we’ve never seen before) and the whole almost 2 hours we were in there, she did nothing but be rude to customers AND staff, (had one of the girls almost in tears the whole time) she didnt personally get nasty with me or my boyfriend, but it took everything in me to not go up to that counter and say something. I mean she was so so rude to EVERYONE. We’ll continue to come back, but will hopefully not have to listen to someone treat staff and customers like trash the whole time : )

Older style pizza place, with small arcade, quarter machines, a few ride on for kids 1-8yr. Jukebox available features tvs to watched sports and a seperate private party room. There’s a stage where they used to have live performances but now is just a place holder for large TV. They swapped out black lights for older pub style lighting. Large dining room layout. Recommend for a low key date night. Pizza is delicious place is clean although outdated and staff our friendly.

I recently visited this nostalgic pizza place to treat my grandpa, and it exceeded expectations. The charming atmosphere, complete with old arcade games and quarter machines, transported me back in time. The establishment proudly reps the Chiefs. The staff was not only pleasant but also added to the overall warmth of the experience. Highly recommended for a delightful trip down memory lane!
