This should be a 5 Star review I have been to Fumee over 10 times and have had Josie as our bar tender every time. She has great service, and makes the BEST old fashion in Douglassville. Recently a group of us came in and was forced to have our drinks made by another server. The experience was not the same. The drinks were not the same. As customers we should not be forced to be provided service by other bartenders. If this is their rule we probably will take our business elsewhere.

Came out on Thursday night. The crowd was nice, drinks were nice and my Bartender Josie was the best! She remembered my name from my first visit and was very attentive! This is the type of service I expect at a Cigar Lounge! I will be back soon!

I came here to unwind and was ignored at the bar by all three bartenders. The male one was busy with another guest which was cool of course but the two ladies just ignored my request for a drink and didn’t even bother to greet me. Sad coz I felt like I was in an “Atlanta club scene” with how bad the service was. First and last time going.
