Füm is a bold new take on contemporary Italian, where regional sourcing meets dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and open-fire cooking. Its wine program is refreshingly focused—Champagne and Italian bottles only—spotlighting natural, organic, and biodynamic producers. Complementing the food and wine, the cocktail list extends a refined Italian perspective, balancing timeless classics like the Negroni with alpine-inspired creations that showcase both craft and restraint.

The food started out strong. The chicken liver mousse with bread was exceptional, rich, creamy and easily our favorite dish of the evening. The tuna carpaccio was stunning, light and plated like a work of art, and the pappardelle pasta was also excellent.
Unfortunately, the experience declined when dessert arrived. We ordered the affogato and pistachio gelato, and both were heavily seasoned with salt?!?! It was to the point that they were completely inedible. It was surprising given how strong the earlier courses were. We didn’t finish dessert and ended up paying the check and leaving shortly after.
Another uncomfortable moment was that the staff appeared to be openly discussing us celebrating International Women’s Day, which made us feel a bit observed rather than simply welcomed.
Overall, the ambiance and some of the dishes were outstanding, but the desserts and service did not reflect the same level of care.
Füm on Valentine’s Day. From the minute we walked in, the service exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with complimentary bubbly before we were escorted to our table. I was extremely impressed with our server, Liz. She not only had a smile that lit up the room, but she was very knowledgeable of each selection on the menu, which was helpful in deciding our dishes. She also took us on a tour of the new restaurant and let us know about the rooftop they plan to open soon. The food was amazing. I enjoyed everything I had but my favorites were the oyster mushrooms and the Ravioli. My husband really enjoyed the raw Oysters and the Chicken Liver Mousse. I ordered the PBNJ for my cocktail and fell in love with their elevated take on an Old Fashion. We will definitely be back, and I hope to see Liz again. The service could not have been any better.
The food is exceptional. The dry aged meat has a depth of flavor that only comes from time, patience, and craftsmanship. The fresh pasta made from scratch is unbelievable. You can taste the difference in every bite.
One of the things that truly sets this restaurant apart from nearly all other 5 star establishments is the open kitchen. Most high end restaurants hide the kitchen in the back, but here the magic happens right in front of you. Watching the chefs work, seeing the flames rise from the grill, and witnessing the precision and teamwork adds a whole new level of appreciation to the meal. Behind my daughter you can even see the grill in action. It feels like dinner and a culinary show combined.
The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Personalized attention, flawless timing, and a staff that clearly takes pride in what they do.
This restaurant is not just one in a million. It is the one out of a million. Without a doubt, my new favorite spot in all of Atlanta.
