We order from a kiosk even though there were three people working. Of course, there’s a tip section at the self service kiosk.
None of the menu boards were turned on so you have to look through the menu at the kiosk.
We ordered two different waffle/drink combos. (Pick waffle get matching drink)
The drinks were not as pictured and were clearly made wrong. The waffles were also not as pictured and clearly made wrong as well.
I’m only posting 1 photo of a drink but I promise they both looked exactly the same even though they are entirely different drinks.
The waffles are frozen and taste terrible. The toaster (a literal toaster) only defrosts the waffle to room temperature.
There’s nowhere to sit so you have to stand there awkwardly while the staff fumble around.
It was clear that the employees had received very little training which is unfortunate and not their fault.
A truly awful experience for 30 dollars. (Plus tip)

Love this little coffee shop! It brightens my Saturday mornings. I have only done the drive-through but the vanilla high rise is soooo good! The woman working the window is the best!

Are you actually open? Google says you’re open. It’s 7:45 AM on a Wednesday and I was excited to take the kids to try waffles. Door is locked and it’s dark inside. It’s prime time coffee time! You have busy rush hour traffic driving by you’re not capturing business because your closed! You will not last long and this business will close. Went to Caribou instead.

Ordered a turtle mocha and was a bit disillusioned by the pictures on the menu and online. To get any toppings or whipped cream, it was an additional charge above the $6.99. The coffee was okay. One of the baristas seemed very confused with the whole process….our sizes, what milks they had, what a macchiato was…overall we wanted to like it more than we did :/

Found this gem recently and absolutely love the Espresso Bomb- I add Mushroom Powder & cold foam. It’s fantastic! Highly recommend. I agree the price is higher than most but this business is new so let’s help them out!!
