We ate breakfast both mornings in Nelson at The Full Circle Cafe @full_circle_cafe and both mornings hey knocked it out of the park. First day was salmon eggs benny and crab cakes, second day was crab cakes and grilled cinnamon bun. It was fairly busy both days but the service was great, food was amazingly delicious, and the cafe itself is in a heritage building so is very cool. Highly recommend if you are in Nelson.

It’s been many years since we’ve visited. This spot is one of the places our whole family loved to visit when living here. Excellent French toast & breakfast still great. Clean, fast & friendly staff. They have a couple outside spots now. It can get very busy!

Full circle cafe has a comfortable, home-diner-y feel to it, which works to their favor. The staff is nice, and we did not have to wait too long for our food (We were a group of 5). It did feel a little cramped, but it is a smaller building, so not the worst if you are in a smaller party.

Great cafe with very tasty food. Quick service and friendly staff. I love the little details that show the owners put a lot of thought into the cafe- local art on the walls and hand written notes near the entrance/exit.
I definitely recommend as the best breakfast place in Nelson.
Also- kids’ menu is super affordable and my kiddo loved the food also.

Food is delicious. We came in with a table of 7. The place was empty. And one of the 2 girls working was CLEARLY not pleased. Could see her over the counter rolling her eyes as we placed orders. The girl that actually served us was very kind and pleasant but im very disappointed I was made to feel so unwelcome by the other in an empty restaurant. We were not obnoxious, some of us even offered to help move tables for them.

Stopped by Full Circle in Nelson and had the French toast—so good! Perfectly cooked, just the right amount of sweetness, and beautifully plated. Cozy vibe inside and friendly staff made it a great little brunch spot. Would definitely go back to try more off the menu!

Might be one of the best eggs benny I’ve ever had! I ordered the Nanny Eggs Benny, it came with poached eggs, goat cheese, bacon, grilled tomato, caramelized onion and hollandaise. It was absolutely to die for!

Not a family friendly establishment/experience on my last visit. A young couple was trying to have breakfast with their toddler and the poor little guy couldn’t sit still so dad tried to walk around with him. He was told (rather rudely) to sit down or he would have to leave. It’s hard enough with a small child without being treated poorly for trying their best. Both parents were clearly tired and trying hard to keep him calm. There were other children walking around and I didn’t see that family get treated the same. It was busy and it was clear that the blond waitress doesn’t handle the pressure well. To top it all off a table of 5 was sat and the 5th chair was right in the middle of the aisle. Also myself and the young couples table was brought the bills without ever being asked if we wanted anything else, just being rushed out. You could see the defeat on this young families faces, the woman looked on the verge of tears before she got up put on a happy face and went and paid for her family’s meal. For all you know this was the one time they could go out. It’s bad enough how expensive a basic small breakfast is but to be treated so poorly is unacceptable.

Our server was nice but also seemed to lack some social skills, it wasn’t very busy but it was a quick ‘what can I get you’ and left. I had the French toast with ham, it was good but I think generally the place is overpriced for the size of the portions. my friends got the hash’s and the sizing was pretty small and my ham was pretty sad but tasted good. The patio was closed while we visited.

For a diner/café that looks fairly basic on the outside, the food was surprisingly good! The pan-fried potatoes tasted homemade and the house made jams were delicious and fresh. The Canadian omelette I had was great and everyone else in my group loved their food – smoked salmon bagel, veggie hash, Paris omelette.
Our server was efficient and friendly, and I loved all the local artwork displayed on the walls!
