I was convinced that this place would be a good idea to bring friends and I was right. They loved it, too. To test consistency of taste, portion size, and heat to table, and so boxes were checked. I am very happy to bring my friends and they will be back as well.
My friends had pizza and my wife switched to a vegetable pesto with angel hair pasta. I tasted all of theirs and was happy with the above criteria. The food was so hot they couldn’t even eat it because they burned their tongue. Ha!

FIRST REVIEW
Great option for pasta and salad. The next time I’ll have the pizza since it is wood-fired and the aroma of food and wood was awesome!
I had the Chip Chick pasta with my choice of pasta. I chose fettuccine. The food came out piping hot (which, if you’ve seen my other reviews you’ll know that’s a big requirement for me), the chipotle cream sauce was very good (made better by adding Parmesan and red pepper flakes), and the chicken was perfectly tender and seasoned. Fresh brick oven bread was provided with seasoned oil which made sopping the sauce extra special. I ordered the large portion and took half home. Excellent!
My wife had a beet salad and greens with a lemon vinaigrette (which she felt was too lemony, but I know she doesn’t do well with sour). She would’ve also liked to have more quinoa to balance the salad, but was a good choice overall. She, too, loved the bread, which we asked for some extra to take home. The waitress was happy to, even though these days, you ask for wondering and are usually greeted with a scowl.
The waitress was very attentive and friendly and the staff generally seemed happy to be at work and got along, making for a stress free meal.
The only negative for me was that it was 81° in the restaurant which was uncomfortable.
Recommendation: you must try this place!
We ordered Caprese Party as a starter/salad, and Sweet Carolina BBQ pizza. Listen, I’m a big fan of pizza and I will often judge a place by their interpretation and execution of BBQ pizza because it’s different everywhere. The Sweet Carolina BBQ is by far the best I have ever had – don’t doubt it til you’ve tried it.
I can’t wait to go back and try other things. The dessert menu looks delicious but we were full and it was lunchtime so a food coma wasn’t in my plans for the day
I haven’t even mentioned the free bread is also delicious. Another thing to note is the location is very convenient to a lot of the local shopping centers as well as close to the interstate.
Can’t say enough. Highly recommend!!!

Second visit and still delicious! This time we got Jamaican Me Crazy pizza (LOVE IT) and Veggie Pesto Pasta. Best pizza and pasta in Anderson.
Oh – and this time we got the peanut butter chocolate pie and it was amazing.
