Food is good but servers seem to disappear sometimes and I have to go up and ask for help or the check. Overall food is good, the people are nice just like the servers to check in more often.

Fulins is a great place for Chinese or Japanese food. My wife loves plain lo mein (just the noodles and no veggies) and she said they were delicious. The veggies I got in my dinner were bright green and delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and chill. Our server, Sarah, was great. She was pleasant and attentive. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I visited Fulin’s Asian Cuisine to pick up a takeout order and experienced some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant.
From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were invisible. A waitress walked directly in front of us without acknowledging our presence or asking if we needed help with ordering or pickup. When a host finally approached us, they were extremely hesitant and seemed reluctant to even take our order.
The restaurant was not busy at the time, which made the lack of attention even more noticeable. I’ve dined at many upscale establishments and have never been treated with such disregard.
What made this experience go from poor to absolutely unacceptable was when the sushi chef/bartender made a racial comment and laughed sarcastically right in front of us. This blatant display of discrimination was the final straw.
After the treatment we received, we decided to leave without our order. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience this kind of behavior in 2025!
I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, particularly if you are a person of color. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and dignity when patronizing a business.
Management needs to seriously address the discriminatory attitudes of their staff.

To CJ, From your previous reviews of this and other establishments. It seem to me that you have this complex of being singled out because of you skin color. That is going to be something that you have to fix on your own. Guess what your not being singled out. From this place and as far as I can see Burger King. C’mon. Really? Get out of your own head it’s dangerous in there. Go out and enjoy life. And enjoy the person that you are without feeling singled out because your not. God bless.

This has been one of my frequent places for quite awhile. I do not live close by so it is a drive to get there or Uber eats. Their food quality has changed and not in a positive way. We usually make two meals off of what we order which is now smaller. Their General Tso is like grilled chicken chunks that are dry versus a coated piece. Their Singapore noodles now taste like bland spaghetti. Maybe we are getting it on the wrong chef days because their food used to be amazing. Time for a new place.

Dinner was a knock-out. We had the perfect combination of items. We didn’t make 10 rounds, but would love to. We rang the bell to Miso soup, avocado salad and a Philadelphia roll. Get the one-two punch! Two separate entre items, plated 50/50, a two-in-one entre. A great way to enjoy more variety. Eric, our waiter was efficient, and polite. The word play and book image is for him.

As a business person locally, I frequent a lot of restaurants for lunches and dinners and coffee all around the Knoxville area. But these folks are an absolute cut above the rest in the way they love on people. Dani and her husband run a beautiful restaurant with excellent food! We’ve had countless opportunities to celebrate here and they love on my 96-year-old parents like they are their own. Thank you Danny for all that you do! We celebrated 78 years married last night. You made it very special.. Everybody loved their food!

My favorite neighborhood spot for dinner. The staff is friendly and efficient, the food is always consistently good and I love their menu as they serve a wide assortment of Asian dishes. Ive tried many of their dishes but my favorite is the American Dream Roll. I also highly recommend the sweet and sour pork if you’re in the mood for something fried and very filling or the Kung Pao if you want spicy. The Mongolian beef is great too. Unimportant but the fortune cookies here have the strangest fortunes and are always fun to read. lol

I like Fulin’s. We eat hear every once in a while and it never disappoints. The menu is also quite large with a variety of Asian cuisine. The staff are always so friendly, too!

We ordered food here recently and it was really good. The garlic eggplant was delicious and my toddler enjoyed it. Our sever Destiny was nice and checked on us frequently. Taking one star off because they charged us 3 dollars for a side of white rice which is a small bowl. I don’t think the small bowl of rice was worth 3 dollars
