Loved this place! We ordered the shaggy dog roll, tuna roll, and the salmon roll which were all delicious. We also ordered the Chicken Fried Rice which pleasantly came in a large portion! The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming; Will come again!!

They offer a great quality for the value. Their rainbow roll is my favorite, and the mochi was also delicious. The shrimp tempura and shrimp tempura rolls were also fantastic. I had a great time here and would like to return.

Chicken Fried Rice needed lots of salt to get flavor. The gyoza were good and the sushi was average at best. Crunch roll was the best of the 3. The location up in the Woodlands area is much better than this one.

I love coming here! Honestly this is the best sushi in town that is high quality and priced well. I can leave full and happy! I highly recommend coming here. I also stopped by for lunch- and the lunch specials are such a good deal!!! Don’t walk here… RUN! It’s so GOOD!

This place never disappoints! We came here for our anniversary last night, after trying to go to some other restaurant. We weren’t feeling the vibe so we left and came here! Their signature dishes are all so good. The sushi is fresh and the overall quality of this place is great. We ordered the Alaska roll and the crab in there was so delicious. We also got a few sake bottles at a very affordable price. The guy who was serving us said it was his second day, but he was doing amazing. The service is always attentive and the owner is very friendly! Also the aesthetic feels authentic. We knew that this place was guaranteed to give us another great dining experience!

They have some of the best sushi in town. Staff is attentive and friendly. Rolls aren’t too big or too small, an have great flavor. Happy hour prices are good, and decent in regular hours. I feel like I’ve had to pay more at other places to get less quality. Highly recommended

Fukuoka is our go-to Japanese restaurant. The sushi and sashimi are always incredibly fresh, the food is delicious, and the presentation is beautiful. The owner and staff are very kind, and the sushi bar service is always great. Also the green tea is amazing!
The prices are also very fair for the quality, excellent value. It’s authentic, consistent, and truly one of the best Japanese spots around. Highly recommend!

Came in to Fukuoka and had an amazing experience thanks to Hammad. He was such a great server, super kind, respectful, and very smart about the menu. He was fast, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect without ever being annoying.
Hammad recommended the hamachi carpaccio and hamachi chili roll and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, well balanced, and easily one of the best dishes we had. We could tell he really knows the food and genuinely cares about delivering excellent service and making us feel valued.

The food was decent, but the service completely ruined the experience. Our server, a short male waiter, had a clear attitude from the beginning and gave us uncomfortable looks throughout the meal. Instead of being welcoming or respectful, he came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the whole visit feel unpleasant.
Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately that standard was not met here. There are plenty of better sushi spots around with polite, well-trained servers who know how to treat guests properly. I won’t be coming back.
