The lore is that the sandwiches here came from the kitchenstaff at Momofuku. I can totally see that, the chicken was supercrispy and I could totally taste the pickle brine. I hope it does well here…speaking of which I like spicy food…and many locals don’t. Will they survive? Not sure, but I will definitely return.

This place was truly amazing! The quality of food was like something I would expect in a VERY nice restaurant. The flavors were incredible …. While you can come in and get served within 10 minutes THIS IS NOT LIKE FAST FOOD. You leave feeling like you had nice restaurant food and you haven’t been ripped off … for the quality the prices are truly reasonable! A rare find this day and age. Try all of the sauces. I can’t decide which was my favorite! I could go here every day. Coral Gables … you are introducing the world to a hidden gem. And by the way while you are there you have to peek in the bathrooms…

I was able to visit Fuku on their official opening day this week, the place had its fair amount of people. With that said, the staff and service were on point, attentive and with good energy.
On this occasion I ordered take out and I included in my order the Arnold Palmer, the OG sando with mild sauce, and the waffle fries. Everything was excellent and very tasty. I am particularly very fond of fried chicken sandwiches and this is now definitely at the top! Will be coming back 🙂
