I first noticed one of the chefs carefully selecting the best-quality chicken while grocery shopping, which immediately caught my attention. Ever since trying the restaurant, it’s become a must-stop whenever I’m in the area so much so that it’s on my monthly calendar. The food is always fresh, the customer service is top-tier, and the bao buns are delicious. My go-to is the chicken katsu with teriyaki, and honestly, everything on the menu is fresh and flavorful. I even put my son onto it, and he loves it too. Definitely a must-try!!!

Fukoma is amazing! I tried their dumplings and chicken teriyaki, and both were super delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they really care about quality. Would definitely stop by here again, was in a rush to go grab dinner from somewhere else but wanted something quick to eat first, ordered the takoyaki..then just kept ordering. Needless to say I didn’t need to get dinner elsewhere. Great food and reasonable pricing as well.

I had the bulgogi bowl and a chicken katsu bao bun, this was delicious! They pack your order and don’t skimp on the meat. I had plenty of leftovers. The tangy “bbq” sauce on the bao was really good. Will be coming more often!

Got the chicken katsu and it is really good! It comes with katsu sauce, rice, macaroni salad, and pickled radish/carrots. Staff is also really nice. My order was fresh and took 6 min to make.
