I’m so glad I found this place. The food is incredibly delicious Every dish is a surprising explosion of flavors. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

I’m reviewing as a local and a regular here over the years. It’s not long relocated to Smith Street, opening bigger and better! Came back to the new place for my partner’s birthday dinner and food was amazing. Absolutely love the sushi and everything we had here.
If I’m honest, the service initially was a bit slow as we sat for about 20 mins before getting any drinks but it was busy on a Wednesday eve due to popularity.
We sat by the open kitchen so it was nice to see the chefs at work and get our food served over the counter.

Sushi was good. I took the California roll. Had a nice time and the staff were very nice. My mum took a spicy chicken ramen but said it wasn’t spicy. Also took fried calamari. Will definitely try other sushi there.

Went to Fuku for lunch with my boyfriend. We ordered 3 plates of sushi and when it was brought to us the waitress gave us the impression it was all correct. We didnt think much, as it was our first time trying these dishes, however after we ate the food she let us know one of the sushi plates was wrong and conveniently for the restaurant, our ‘correct’ plate was on its way. We accepted the mistake however when we got the bill the waitress insisted on us paying as we ‘already ate the food’ despite it being the restaurants mistake and us being completely unaware of the pricey dish they gave us by accident. I am very dissapointed with this service and it is not the first time ive been to fuku that ive been conveniently brung the ‘wrong dish’. I hope this immoral way to recieve additional money from customers improves! Other than that the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely and the meal was good.

The food here was incredible!! There’s nowhere else like it in Guernsey. If you’re after world class sushi and authentic Japanese ramen this is definitely the place to be. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the whole menu. Probably one of my favourite meals in Guernsey

I’ve come here for lunch both times I’ve visited Guernsey.
The food is great with a good selection and they have Sapporo on tap. The waitress was very busy both times but she keeps on top of things and was on top of things. Cool vibe inside for a Guernsey restaurant, will definitely come back next time as well!

I ordered chicken ramen.
The portion size was very satisfying (no risk of being hungry afterward).
The presentation was excellent, and the taste quality was outstanding as well.
In summary: I highly recommend it… and I’ll definitely come back to try other dishes.
