Absolutely loved this restaurant. I ordered Sanurai roll and Ramen Tonbaraniku, and both were delicious, fresh , flavorful and satisfying. The staff were very friendly and the service was great, which made the whole experience even better. This is my go to spot for lunch or dinner and outing with family and friends. I’ll definitely be back again and again.

My fiancé and I absolutely love Fujiyama! We come once a week for our little date night, and it has quickly become one of our favorite traditions. It all started because he was craving sushi, and we truly haven’t looked back since!
The food is always fresh and flavorful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is consistently wonderful. I had no idea that it was the same owner as Shiki in Homewood and I’ve been driving there just to get their sushi and edamame with roasted sauce because it’s spectacular!! To my surprise they have 2 restaurants here in Tuscaloosa and this one right down the street from me!!! So once more it was a delicious experience!!! It’s the BEST sushi, edamame and ramen in town!!! Plus the owners are the sweetest!! 20/10 recommend!!!

One of my favorite restaurants in Tuscaloosa. I eat here at least once a week, and the food is always high quality. Hibachi, ramen, thai noodles, spring rolls, ginger salad–all have been delicious. Everyone is so welcoming, and the space has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I go in to fujiama almost every time im in Tuscaloosa, which isn’t very often, but they some how remember what I want every time. I go early around lunch time when is it isn’t packed and service is always very quick and convenient. I normally just get the spicy chicken coconut soup and nigiri, but I have had the beef rendang aswell and it is very good. This place is great
