So this review is a little bit different because I ordered through Ubereats, but my issues are directed at whoever packed my order, not who delivered it, because it was still sealed whenever I got it.
I ordered a shrimp teriyaki dinner bento. I have ordered bentos here before and they were always really good, and they came in a bento box, and they always came with tempura vegetables and a small roll.
So I ordered the shrimp bento box today, as I was feeling under the weather and I really wanted a little bit of sushi. In the description, it said that it came with soup, salad, rice, a California roll, tempura veggies, and shrimp teriyaki. This is why I always order the bentos, because it is a meal with a lot of different things in it.
Whenever I received it today, I was missing all of the tempura vegetables and the roll. Additionally, my meal was not packed in a bento box, it looked more like a to-go entree box. My shrimp was horribly overcooked and rubbery, everything was swimming in a thick soup of teriyaki sauce.
It seems to me that whoever made my meal did not know how to cook shrimp, but also packaged it like an entree instead of a bento box, which would explain why I’m missing the roll and the vegetables. I also didn’t receive any napkins or cutlery or anything in the bag. Obviously that’s not my biggest issue but it’s just weird that I ordered soup and salad and I didn’t get a fork or a spoon.
I’m trying to file a claim right now through Uber eats but I have to wait for a representative to get back to me. At the end of the day though, the issue is not with the courier or the delivery service, because my bag was complete and sealed. The issue stands with whoever packed my order. (And whoever cooked that disgusting shrimp)
I wouldn’t have ordered this at all if I knew I wasn’t getting the sushi roll or the tempura vegetables, that’s literally the best part of the bento boxes.

We go here often and normally everything is great. Last 2 visits, latest was last night and yes I get it was valentines day and they were busy. Food was great, chef was great, now let’s get to the service same waitress last 2 times she brings soups, salads and drinks and never returns. Soup and salad bowls are left stacked on the counter, appetizers never arrived in the 2 hours we were there, no drink refills. The people across from is would never had gotten refills had i not said something about ours. From the time the chef left the grill until the next chef said something about us needing things not 1 person checked on our group. We love it there but are about to take our business elsewhere.

Great food and Service. Perfect spot for truckers! Its across the street from TA and across from Walmart. Got some shopping done and got a Chicken Hibachi plate (a plus for the mushrooms) came with salad and soup. Good Sized portion I even had leftovers!

My daughter and I went here for a quick easy dinner. Service was very lack, and the food was not great. We asked for refills on our drinks numerous times, the server acted like we were literally bothering them. Needless to say, we won’t return.

Not impressed at all. My girlfriend got her food, ate every bite, and was basically ready for dessert while I was still sitting there empty-handed. By the time my meal finally came out, the whole dinner felt pointless. If you enjoy watching someone else eat while you starve, this is the place for you

We have had several great experiences at this restaurant. But tonight we took our four-year-old out for dinner. He was really looking forward to having his birthday dinner there like his older brothers. And just nothing we had to take him out. Get a ice cream shop and explain that they were just having problems tonight last time. I ever a customer at this restaurant.

The mushrooms and scallops were absolutely delicious – I’ll be going back just for them! The food arrived incredibly quickly – it was quiet when we were there, so service might be slower when it’s busier, of course – and everything was tasty.
