AYCE sushi here is so good I considered gatekeeping it. I don’t think a lot of people know Fujiya offers all you can eat because this restaurant is not listed as an ayce sushi spot. They specialize in serving sushi and ramen ordered individually but when you order it off their ayce menu the quality is made as if you went in there only to order a few items. Please see the pictures because no one is serving ayce sushi with the quality and visual presentation this place is. The food menu items such as brussel sprouts, ramen, and fried rice were so delicious too. My husband and I did not order anything that didn’t taste absurdly amazing.
I haven’t enjoyed a restaurant this much in so long. Please, please, please keep the quality the same. We went on Thursday night at 7pm and I will continue to come at that time so that I get the same cooks and sushi chef. Our server was phenomenal too.
Our bill after all the amazing food was only $61. Legit felt like we robbed the place so we paid what we thought this place was worth and tipped 100%. I kid you not. $120 was the final payout. $20 for the server, $20 for the sushi chef (90% of our orders were sushi) and $10 to each cook in the back.
I highly recommend Fujiya to all sushi lovers both local and visiting. I only hope and pray that they continue to keep the same quality (rolls with only a little bit of rice so the fish can shine) because it took me forever to find sushi this good in the North Houston area.

This place has delicious food and great service. The only downside is if you’re bigger than a size 6 you’re not going to fit in the booth too well. Its a very tigh sqeeze. Also the seats are shared and you feel every movement of the person in the booth connected behind you. Request a table and your experience will be wonderful!!

I was excited to try this place bc of all the good reviews… however our food was not that great… I ordered grilled chicken ramen and it had a strange taste. Maybe bc it was grilled. I should have ordered the regular or something. My husband had the shaggy roll, he said it was 7/10. My daughter had kids ramen…and it was literally spaghetti noodles with veryyyy little flavor.
We might give it another try and just order something else. Oh, but we did order cream cheese puffs and those were so good!

The food was delicious and the server was really nice! The food came out quickly, and it was some of the best ramen I’ve had. That’s saying a lot since I try a lot of ramen. Their crab puffs are also amazing, better than the ones at hibatchi restaurants. I tried some of the sushi my mom got,and even though sushi isn’t my favorite, that was some good sushi. I will be coming back again! 😀

First time guest, I wanted to try ramen and found this place nearby. The experience was great and the food was excellent! I had sushi rolls, spicy tuna (too fishy for me), Tiger (good), and shrimp tempura (good). My friend ordered the golden ramen with no tofu, I tried it; It was soooooo good! The noodles were cooked to perfection! The broth was on point. It was really good, my second time trying ramen. This was the best quality ramen I’ve had thus far, the ambiance was chill and captivating. Very clean and ran well business. The server was very attentive, I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu

First time here, wanted to try something new in the Spring/Kuykendahl Area Came in during a very busy night. Service was excellent even though they were short staffed and running around. They were very courteous and apologetic about the wait, doing their best to get us our food as soon as possible. our server also gave us a card for $10 off our next meal.
It’s a nice hole in the wall with booths and a sushi bar. The food was decent, though a bit on the pricier side for this side of town:
– Curry Spicy Miso Ramen (4/5) – thin noodles were a little bland, but the curry soup was well seasoned, not too spicy, and the fried katsu was served on the side to keep it crispy
– Veggie Ramen (3/5) – soup was too salty, we had to ask for a cup of hot water to dilute it for my mom, but our server was nice and helped us with some chili paste to try to help after the soup became too bland
– Garlic Black Bean Ramen (4/5) – beware, very pungent garlic taste, so only get it if this is to your liking. the add-ons were nice, but the noodles were a bit overcooked and lacked flavor
– Tonkotsu Ramen (4/5) – nice fatty chashu, but same issue with the noodles being overcooked and lacking in flavor despite having the tonkotsu broth
– Shaggy Dog (5/5) – nice size rolls with a lot of tempera flakes for a good crunch

Amazing food their sushi is amazing especially their cowboy roll and the black angle roll. We have tried almost all of their ramen dishes they are all great. Their ramen is gluten friendly as they will serve any of their ramen with rice noodles on request. My kids love their teriyaki chicken. The service is always friendly. Their Sake is only $4 hard to beat. LGBTQ friendly please give this place your business.
