To my knowledge this is the only hibachi place on this side of town. Due to the monopoly, they don’t really need to strive for excellence. We come here for special occasions because we’d rather not make the drive all the way out to the west side. The food is always a solid 4, sometimes over seasoned sometimes under but portions are generous and their house sauces help significantly. Their sushi is great. I’d say their food quality and price is better than the big chain hibachi. The service is mid. If you’re looking for anyone to make your birthday/anniversary/event special other than the people you’re sharing your meal with, this is not the place. There’s TVs all over the hibachi side so it gives a sports bar feel. Bathrooms are always clean with a funny toilet sticker. We will keep coming, but there’s room for improvement for sure.

Have been coming here for years with my family. The sushi and teppanyaki dinners are always top notch. Juicy steaks and fresh sushi. The sushi chefs are artists. Never disappointed. We love Fujis!

Happy Valley, I can see why this spot is so busy! This place was on my list and I’m glad we made the trip! From the moment we walked in and throughout our dining experience everything clicked.
Service was great – from our table request, to taking our order, to delivering our order in moderation and not all at once.
Food was what we expected since it was busy! Kudos to the Sushi Chef’s for working under the gun and still managing to deliver us presentation you should be proud of!
Atmosphere is what you make of it and we really enjoyed our evening. Service ✅Food ✅Atmosphere✅ Mahalo Fuji’s Clackamas!

Exceptional food and service. Delicious and beautiful sushi that is still reasonably priced. The chef does not only create delicious rolls, but makes them into works of art- our taste buds and eyes were very pleased. They even had gluten free tempura 🙂

We arrived 45 min. early for our reservation and willing to wait. They instead, sat us at our own Hibachi, with our own chef, even though a little short handed. Outstanding experience and delicious food. They went above and beyond.

Food isn’t good. And having NFL teams decals in toilet bowl is pretty embarrassing for a fine dining establishment. Grow up. This is a restaurant business not your local neighborhood sports bar.

Best of the best around Happy Valley. However they do have room for improvement.

The amount of rice used for nigiri is a bit too much. Rice was not very seasoned, but the fresh and delicate fish made up for it. Presentation was fantastic, but can be a bit overdone for some customers. They are a bit rusty now that they are back in business post-pandemic.

Despite all this, their fish is fresh, rice is not overcooked, and it’s a clean restaurant with boujee vibes. This sushi restaurant is highly recommended and I’ll be back.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax after work. I would find another place. I went into day after work to play a little video lottery, when a lady that was clearly over served, kept bumping into me. Instead of asking her to step out as she was not playing, I was asked to come back another da. Due to her being a regular everyone knew her by name and she knew them. Clearly she was over served.
